A Journey with Jonah: A Man on the Run – hinnat ja saatavuus

Life is no fun for a man on the run--especially if he is running from God as Jonah does in his book. A Journey with Jonah reveals Jonah rebelling, repenting, responding, and resenting. He runs from God, to God, with God, and against God, all in one book. From this book we learn that failure is not fatal or final, when faced with faith. We learn about a God of second chances and a Father who will not give up on His wayward children. The events in the book of Jonah will give us hope even when we disobey and need an attitude adjustment. It is a whale of a tale that will help us do well - even when we fail. In this book, we will learn that people are more important than things. We will clearly see that God loves people and is concerned about us all, even if others are not concerned for us at all. This book will make us smile, make us think, and give us hope even when we sink. A Journey with Jonah will be a profitable study for anyone who will take the lessons to heart. All of us at times need help with our attitudes. Hopefully, God can use these truths to help us make whatever adjustments we need to make, so we live lives more pleasing to the One who created us and who loves us more than His own life. God's training can build character, while God's testing can reveal character. God can use both to help us all come closer to what we need to be and live a more successful and productive life. There are detailed outlines of each chapter, as well as questions for group discussion at the end of each of the ten lessons.
