Called to Coach – hinnat ja saatavuus

PONDERING THE INTERSECTION OF GOD'S WORD AND YOUR LEADERSHIP? Called to Coach is written for coaches who work hard-sometimes too hard-and know how to quickly size up what is a waste of time. It is for coaches who are looking for something solid. It is for coaches who know that real ministry takes place in the opportunities of everyday life, rather than simply sitting in rows on Sunday morning or around a campfire singing kumbaya. It is for coaches who recognize that the Bible is the greatest source of leadership principles the world has ever known. It is for coaches eager to close the gap between the leader you are and the leader God created you to be. So sit back in your favorite chair and start your week investing a few minutes pondering the intersection of God's Word and your life and leadership. We're confident you'll be glad you did. EndorsementsWhen I started reading Called to Coach I was unable to stop. I felt like I had been hit right between the eyes. I thought to myself, "Wow, my good friend John Crosby has put into words what I had long forgotten, the tremendous influence we coaches have on our players." We coaches, by God's Grace can teach Gods Holy Word in a way that only a coach can. TALK ABOUT BUILDING TEAM UNITY Every coach everywhere must read this book Donald Chumley, Athletic Director & Head Football Coach, Savannah Christian Preparatory School, (2011 GA Class A State Champions)I have never read anything more REAL and to the point for busy coaches as the devotional book Called to Coach. I plan to use the book for my coaches' devotionals at Fellowship of Christian Athletes Cheer camps in the summer of 2012 all over the country as well as give a copy to every cheer gym coach that has an FCA huddle in their gym. All coaches want to be more effective leaders and this process of reading, praying, discussing and discerning one principle each week is a fantastic plan. Marilou Braswell, FCA National Director of Cheerleading, Former University of Georgia Cheerleading Coach"Let's come together and make a difference" - Isaiah 1:18. This is exactly the impact John Crosby has been having in the business community through leadership and community development for over 20 years. Now John has brought his leadership gifts to this book to build coaches as they lead and mentor athletes not only in athletics, but in building their spiritual relationships with Christ In a world where coaches are valued mostly for their statistics, it is imperative to invest and support coaches in building a complete athlete and remember we are here for his glory, not our own. Imagine the impact coaches can have by investing in developing a complete person, not just the talent at hand that is only temporary Called to Coach is a vital developmental tool for coaches wanting to reach their potential impact in and out of competition Kerri A. Hanebrink Goodrich, Executive Director, Performance Initiatives, Inc., USA Weightlifting Senior CoachI have found John's short devotions to be loaded with wisdom. Each weekly writing gives a key thought to remember and take with you throughout the week. A great way for busy coaches to start each week.
