Called to Shepherd – hinnat ja saatavuus

LEAD WISELY One simple, genuine prayer led me to sit before my computer one afternoon and start writing this book. God has spoken to me so clearly through His leaders so often that I hoped He would offer something worthwhile to you through me. I know that you have more to read than you care to even consider. I know the value of your time. That is why these are brief, weekly devotions that you can quickly read and simply ask God to reveal the principle at work the following week. You will not find deep theology or warm, feel-good expressions within the pages of Called to Shepherd: 52 Weekly Devotions for Pastors and Ministry Leaders. Yet, you may realize that God has a simple message here specifically for you that will exponentially enhance your leadership. Endorsements: John Crosby has been blessed with the gift of clarity. These devotions are clear, challenging and helpful to young and old pastors and ministry leaders alike. Every week's devotion speaks to issues that simply must be addressed in the lives of those who are called to shepherd. Portable, practical and palatable; this helpful resource is a green pasture for both sheep and shepherds. Kenny Grant, Kenny Grant Evangelistic MinistriesAny Christian who has ever led in any way-as a pastor, teacher, administrator, ministry team leader-is sensitive to the challenges of leading as Christ would lead. They have dealt with subtle and not-so-subtle temptations to abdicate to a power, do-it-my-way style of leading. John Crosby demonstrates the need, qualities, and attitudes of those who would lead well, for the right reasons, and to the right end. I've found his pithy, penetrating devotions a blessing to my soul. Eleanor A. Daniel, Dorothy Keister Walker Professor of Christian Education Emeritus, Emmanuel School of Religion, Johnson City, TNI have found John's short devotions to be loaded with wisdom. Each weekly writing gives a key thought to remember and take with you throughout the week. A great way for busy ministry leaders to start each week. Dicky Clark, Vice President of Field Ministry, Southeast Coastal Region (GA, FL, SC, NC) for Fellowship of Christian AthletesI have known John Crosby since the day he gave his life to Christ. Since then he has made a life-changing impact for Christ because of his commitment to ministering to people in the business sector of our community. I'm sure as you read this book his insight will impact you as well. Cam Huxford, Pastor, Savannah Christian ChurchJohn Crosby is not only called, he is qualified to lead. Knowing John personally and understanding his life B. C. (before Christ), John brings a wealth of real life experience to the table. Agreeing to help lead a Bible study in a prominent workplace in Savannah, GA gave me a firsthand glimpse of his heart for workplace ministry. His approach and techniques are proven and effective.
