Celebrate 100 years of Winnie-the-Pooh in 2026! A highly collectable facsimile collection of the original four Winnie-the-Pooh story books and poetry collections, published to commemorate the centenary of Winnie-the-Pooh. Including facsimile editions of When We Were Very Young, Winnie-the-Pooh, Now We Are Six and The House at Pooh Corner in a beautiful slipcase. This slipcase is the perfect keepsake gift for Winnie-the-Pooh fans and collectors. The facsimile editions are reproductions of the first editions, featuring Shepard’s original black line artwork. They include all printer marks and irregularities that were present in the first editions of these books, first printed between 1924 and 1928. The books are presented in a stylishly designed gold-foiled slipcase. When We Were Very Young (1924) When We Were Very Young is Milne’s first volume of rhymes written especially for children. It’s as popular now as when it was first written. This collection offers the same sense of humour, imagination and whimsy that we’ve come to expect from Milne's books about Winnie-the-Pooh, that Bear of Very Little Brain. Winnie-the-Pooh (1926) Meet the world’s favourite bear in this delightful collection, in which Pooh gets into a tight place, nearly catches a Woozle, and discovers the wrong sort of honey – amongst other things! Now We Are Six (1927) See the world through the eyes of Christopher Robin and his companion Winnie-the-Pooh in this timeless collection of verse, a treasure trove of favourite nursery poems including Us Two, Sneezles and The End. This poetry collection is an evocation of childhood, through the eyes of the six-year-old Christopher Robin. The House at Pooh Corner (1928) This is the second classic children’s story collection by A. A. Milne about Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends in the Hundred Acre Wood. In this highly popular volume Pooh meets the irrepressible Tigger for the first time, learns to play Poohsticks and sets a trap for a Heffalump. This facsimile collection is all the more special due to E. H. Shepard’s decorations, which are shown in their original black line glory. They are truly iconic and contributed to him being known as ‘the man who drew Pooh’. The nation’s favourite teddy bear has been delighting generations of children for 100 years! Milne’s classic children’s stories – featuring Piglet, Eeyore, Christopher Robin and, of course, Pooh himself – are gently humorous while teaching lessons about friendship and kindness. Pooh ranks alongside other beloved character such as Paddington Bear, and Peter Rabbit as an essential part of our literary heritage. Whether you’re 5 or 55, Pooh is the bear for all ages.
