I Say Yes to Life – hinnat ja saatavuus

David Jones' stories and affirmations, cultivated through the tremendous challenges of his recovery journey, have inspired hundreds of people in classes and on social media for over a decade. These affirmations - powerful statements of intention - can be used to transform anxiety, self-doubt, and shame by anyone recovering from trauma and addiction, whether in early recovery or years into their healing journey. To help you understand the practical application of each affirmation, David tells the real story of how and why he created the affirmations and how he uses them daily. He illustrates the book with beautiful photographs spanning his many years of work as a professional photographer. The writing is brave and transparent; David shares how these affirmations changed his life and gives practical suggestions for how they can inspire and empower you in your recovery journey. Whether you read the book cover-to-cover or pick an affirmation for each day, this book can inspire you to keep showing up and changing your thinking from fear to love. David has dedicated his life to gratitude, self-love, and helping others discover the power to transform their own lives by sharing his experience, strength, and hope. He is a lifelong community activist and a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher working in the addiction and mental health industry for twenty years. His story is powerful: it is a story of incredible resilience, trial-and-error, and ultimately creating a recovery path that is unique to him, incorporating AA/twelve-step, Toltec Wisdom, and Yoga. In this book, you will discover how David turned self-hate into self-love and how you can do the same.
