Canada (No. 2) regarding extraterritorial application of Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Decision of the Supreme Court of Denmark in the Thule Tribe Case regarding indigenous land rights and the Decisions of the Court of Appeal of Singapore (Yong v. Public Prosecutor) and the Supreme Court of Uganda (Attorney-General v. Kigula) regarding the legality of the death penalty.
