Living a Vibrant Life At Any Age: Creating Love, Joy, & Connections in Everyday Moments – hinnat ja saatavuus

In Living a Vibrant Life: Creating Joy, Love and Connections in Everyday Moments, Carol Fitzgerald offers her wisdom on how to enjoy life no matter the circumstances. Fitzgerald is a vibrant, passionate, fun-loving, young-spirited woman. Through coaching, searching, group settings and the death of her husband, she learned three very important life lessons late in the game. She has longevity in her family background and since learning these lessons, she wants to live life to its absolute fullest with no regrets and offers ideas for you, the reader -- including shifting a mindset where everything is neutral and being okay when things don't work out as planned. When life doesn't go perfectly well, it doesn't have to set the tone for your day. She recommends setting daily intentions and declarations and being careful about what you think or say; don't let negative thoughts or words sink into your subconscious. Go with the flow and don't always have to be in control. Paying attention to signs and listening to your intuition are vital for living a vibrant live. By making connections with others, not only do we learn about them, we learn about ourselves in the process, they inspiring us and we inspiring them, leaving pieces of ourselves along the way. Fred Rogers, a.k.a. Mr. Rogers of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood, says, "If you could only sense how important you are to the lives of those you meet... There is something of yourself that you leave at every meeting with another person." Just BE, she says. BE love with your entire life - with people, with your food, with your projects, with your daily list of things to do, with any situation. Be loving, be joyful, be connected, be present, be open, be responsible, be vulnerable, be passionate, be focused, be forgiving, be generous, be committed, be giving, be humble, be grateful, be free. Don't be so concerned about DOING. Just BE. Whether you are seeking to live a vibrant life or live a life of purpose by GIVING and SERVING, especially when feeling less than and insecure, or simply seekin to eliminate negative self-talk, this book will set you on a path. Make a point to give and serve daily if you can. Look for opportunities to be supportive. At the end of the day, Carol Fitzgerald would like to know that she has made a difference in the lives of others and inspire others to do the same.
