I'm thrilled to present the first edition of this book to all of you. This book wouldn't have been possible without the support and encouragement from my colleagues and the requests from my students. It's designed especially for management students preparing for the NET exam and other competitive tests in the management field. I've put in sincere efforts to make this book comprehensive and easy to understand. I've explained all the topics in simple and clear language, aiming to make it accessible for my students. I want to express my gratitude to the teachers who have consistently provided valuable suggestions, and to my students who have always shown interest in my work. I'm open to suggestions from both teachers and students to improve and enrich the book in the future. This book covers various management topics with simple language and easy-to-understand examples.
