English summary: The 1968 student movement has hitherto almost always been considered as a whole, with the philosophical faculties at the fore. But how did the revolt take place in the medical faculty? What were the consequences of the protest of a new generation of medical practitioners for medicine? The historian Ralf Forsbach examines these questions among other things with a view to changes in the physician-patient relationship, a new approach to sexuality and the body and the consumption of hard drugs. The young medical critics rejected the affected behaviour of demi-gods in white coats; they sought to reform psychiatry. Their specific endeavours to make changes were accompanied by a new criticism of medicine during the Nazi regime and its protagonists, some of whom were still practising or in office.
