CFD models were used to assess the performance of the solar flat plate collector (SFPC). It was found that water greater density and thermal conductivity contributed to its increased efficiency. According to the modeling results, the air and water temperatures were increased to 73 C and 79 C, respectively. Hybrid Photo voltaic temperature (PVT) Systems simultaneously converts solar radiation to electricity and thermal power. The efficiency of the system will lose about 0.3% when cells temperature increased by 1 C. Air can be used to cool the surface temperature of the photovoltaic panel.
