It contains data concerning depositaries and entry into force, together with the texts of very recent treaties (since 1995) including the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, the African Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone Treaty (Pelindaba Treaty) and the Southeast Asia Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone Treaty (Bangkok Treaty). It also contains the text of two new protocols of the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons: the amended Protocol II, on anti-personnel land-mines and Protocol IV, on blinding laser weapons.
