The Chief-Chuck Carson-is tied up at the congress in Pendleton, Oregon. That's what The Chief asked Vietnam veteran, Cal Durham, and a team of other close friends to do. Mission accomplished. Almost. They made it from Alcatraz to Red Bluff, California. One more long day's drive and they'll be home to Boise. At least it would work like that in normal times. But these are not normal times. Read this story now. You will have the same reaction this Amazon reader had. C Lovick - Perry once again spins a very good story, a great follow up. . . When I finished the first book, I felt like it needed to be longer. . . I wanted more and was happy to find out there was. He does a great job of painting of vivid picture of the story, connecting you to the characters and making you feel like you are there. Interesting plot like that is just this side of possible. I think there can even be enough story line for another follow up book and would buy it too. The new Commonwealth of Al-Unidos has its own Pledge of Allegiance: "I declare my dependence on the collective and devote myself to the Commonwealth of Al-Unidos, the Rainbow State of Acceptance, Tolerance, and Inclusion.
