The Authorities - Dr. Sobia Yaqub – hinnat ja saatavuus

Right from the start, our circumstances provide the foundation of how we see ourselves and the world. Serving as an exceptionally successful life coach and a primary care doctor with a remarkable practice, Dr. Sobia Yaqub has helped and directed others to improve their self-esteem, as well as making changes in how they view themselves in the world. Throughout this chapter, she will share with you her own story, but also how she was able to change her own self-image. The truth is that your actions, and the results of those actions, are defined by what you believe you deserve in this life. Dr. Yaqub wants to unpack the importance of creating a vision for your life and then valuing yourself enough to not allow others to discourage or distract you. She focuses on giving you the tools to do so while sharing profound moments that helped her to shape her self-esteem and gave her the knowledge to help others. This is a journey and, like most journeys, it requires that you have directions to successfully reach your destination. If you start navigating your life with the wrong map, you can never reach your destination, but if you have the right map of the world and the right concept of your worth, then no other human can stop you from reaching your destination. Everything that you do in your life to create forward momentum is going to require effort, but you can be successful. Don't let anyone else design your life. You are the master. You were given free will and only you have the right to estimate your own worth. The only way to get to where you want to go is to have insight regarding where you are, and by redefining your self-image, while changing how you interact with the world.
