The Leader's Gearbox – hinnat ja saatavuus

Gear up! Not changing gear often enough in your leadership? Driving in the same gear too often? Are you missing a gear, or do you rarely stop to think how you develop as a leader? Then youre not alone. The Leaders Gearbox helps you to take your place in the drivers seat and make your leadership more active and more enjoyable. In their book, The Leaders Gearbox, the authors provide you with the tools you need to change up a gear, broaden your perspective and find new ways to deal with daily life as a leader. This is a manual that shows how to put theory into practice and encouraging reflection, allows you to implement your ideas in your own leadership. The book is aimed at those of you who are new managers, who provide leadership without formal responsibility, or who have a new manager reporting to them - as well as those who, despite having been on plenty of management courses, still have difficulty switching between the various leadership abilities. The Leaders Gearbox offers insights that make leadership simpler, more fun and more effective - and with results that are noticeable. It is based on a conviction of the need for a more conscious leadership style that requires time, reflection and space. Reading this book might provide just the space thats needed. Niklas Eriksson and Pär Skoglund Finquist both have an extensive experience as managers and leaders. They have worked with and part of many management teams, both in Sweden and abroad. They both have a wealth of experience as leadership consultants, and over the last ten years they have worked with management and leadership development at all levels in many organisations. They both believe in a creatively aware leadership style that entails coaching more than just rubbing people up the right way, providing honest challenges instead of criticism, and in which the organisations results are more important than the leaders own success and ambition. They are passionate about leadership that works in the everyday world, based on the motto about working with a cool head, a warm heart and clean hands. The Leaders Gearbox – Your path to an active and enjoyable leadership is their second book.
