Die Wissenszurechnung stellt ein Kernproblem im Umgang mit arbeitsteiligen Organisationen dar, das aufgrund der zunehmenden Bedeutung von Informationen in der Wirtschaft und immer komplexeren Organisationsstrukturen weiterhin an Relevanz gewinnt. Um dieser Herausforderung zu begegnen, wurde mittlerweile zumindest für die Zurechnung innerhalb der juristischen Person ein - so scheint es - allseits akzeptiertes Zurechnungskonzept auf wertender Grundlage geschaffen. Dessen Defizite treten zwar deutlich zu Tage und werden von vielen erkannt, der Zuspruch bleibt indessen ungebrochen. Andreas Seidel erforscht die wertende Wissenszurechnung, zeigt die Kritik an dem bestehenden Zurechnungsmodell auf und arbeitet im Anschluss ein alternatives wertendes Zurechnungsmodell aus, das gleichermaßen auf alle arbeitsteiligen Organisationsformen angewendet werden kann.
