Ziel der Studie war es, die Pr valenz von posttraumatischen Belastungsst rungen und Angstst rungen in einer Population von Covid-19-Patienten sowie die soziodemografischen und klinischen Faktoren, die mit diesen St rungen in Zusammenhang stehen, zu bewerten. Insgesamt wurden 120 Patienten eingeschlossen. Die Pr valenz der depressiven, ngstlichen und posttraumatischen Symptomatik betrug 65,84%, 96% bzw. 52,2%. Die Werte waren signifikant h her, wenn die Patienten lter als 40 Jahre waren, ein niedriges Bildungsniveau hatten, eine Beatmungshilfe ben tigten oder wenn sie nach einer Infektion an Folgesch den litten. Zusammenfassend l sst sich sagen, dass prim re, sekund re und terti re Pr ventionsma nahmen ergriffen werden sollten, um das psychische Wohlbefinden von Menschen mit Covid-19 zu erhalten.

Gli psichiatri hanno condotto uno studio in un'unit di cure primarie che trattava pazienti con Covid-19 in Tunisia, al culmine della pandemia. L'obiettivo dello studio era valutare la prevalenza di stress post-traumatico e di disturbi ansioso-depressivi in una popolazione di soggetti affetti da Covid-19, nonch i fattori socio-demografici e clinici associati a questi disturbi. Sono stati inclusi in totale 120 pazienti. La prevalenza dei sintomi depressivi, ansiosi e post-traumatici era rispettivamente del 65,84%, 96% e 52,2%. I punteggi erano significativamente pi alti nei pazienti di et superiore ai 40 anni, con un basso livello di istruzione, che richiedevano assistenza respiratoria e che presentavano sequele post-infezione. In conclusione, dovrebbero essere introdotte misure di prevenzione primaria, secondaria e terziaria per mantenere il benessere mentale delle persone affette da Covid-19.

Psychiatrists conducted a study in a primary care unit treating patients with Covid-19 in Tunisia, at the height of the pandemic. The aim of the study was to assess the prevalence of post-traumatic stress and anxiety-depressive disorders in a population of subjects with Covid-19, as well as the socio-demographic and clinical factors associated with these disorders. A total of 120 patients were included. The prevalence of depressive, anxiety and post-traumatic symptomatology was 65.84%, 96% and 52.2% respectively. Scores were significantly higher in cases of age > 40, low level of education, use of respiratory assistance, or presence of post-infection sequelae. In conclusion, primary, secondary and tertiary prevention measures should be implemented to maintain the mental well-being of people with Covid-19.

Os psiquiatras realizaram um estudo numa unidade de cuidados prim rios que tratava pacientes com Covid-19 na Tun sia, no auge da pandemia. O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar a preval ncia de stress p s-traum tico e de perturba es de ansiedade e depress o numa popula o de indiv duos com Covid-19, bem como os factores sociodemogr ficos e cl nicos associados a estas perturba es. No total, foram inclu dos 120 pacientes. A preval ncia de sintomas depressivos, de ansiedade e p s-traum ticos foi de 65,84%, 96% e 52,2%, respetivamente. As pontua es foram significativamente mais elevadas nos doentes com mais de 40 anos, com um baixo n vel de escolaridade, que necessitavam de assist ncia respirat ria e que apresentavam sequelas p s-infe o. Em conclus o, devem ser introduzidas medidas de preven o prim ria, secund ria e terci ria para manter o bem-estar mental das pessoas com Covid-19.
