Turfgrasses are used for many purposes such as golf courses, sports fields, and a variety of commercial and homeowner settings. Many other uses include other recreational activities, functional uses such as roadsides and airports, and for a variety of erosion control activities. Successful turfgrass management does not occur by chance. This book provides the in-depth knowledge and understanding of the science needed to accomplish this.
