The current study is based on Evaluation of Analgesic Activity of Datura Stramonium leaves in Albino Rats. Datura stramonium is belongs to the family solanaceae is mostly found throughout the globe. The hydro alcoholic extracts are used traditionally as a potent analgesic during surgery or bone setting. The aim of the present investigation is to evaluate the analgesic activity of hydro alcoholic leaf extract of Datura stramonium in albino rats. The experiment was performed by inducing Datura stramonium extracts in two different concentrations to test groups by using hot plate method for analgesic study and compared with Tramadol HCL at 40 mg/Kg IP body weight intraperitoneally as reference drugs. The results of hot plate method indicates a dose dependent effect for both the doses of Datura stramonium resembling that of Tramadol HCL in their anti nociceptive effect versus time indicating that the extract have a central analgesic effect probably by both narcotic and non narcotic mechanisms which may be due to various phytochemical contents present in the leaf of the plant Datura stramonium.

The present study was focused on process development of amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil tablet 10/40mg. Amlodipine and Olmesartan medoxomil is a combination of a calcium channel blocker and an angiotensin II receptor antagonist used to treat high blood pressure . The Content uniformity was found of both the drugs were performed. Release study was conducted in pH 6.8 buffer media. Furthermore, dissolution profile comparison was carried out using similarity factor (f2) and the similarity factor of Amlodipine and Olmesartan Medoxomil found to be 73. Other studies Like DSC and FTIR studies reported compatibility of Amlodipine besylate with excipients like Cross Carmel lose sodium was performed shows no chemical interaction between drug and excipients. Dissolution profile of Test and Reference standard found to be similar, Similarity factor (f2) is 73.

The present study focus on the phytoconstituents of Aloe with a comparison strategy of physicochemical properties and activity between aloe leave and gel. Aloe Vera is the most popular medicinal plants, widely used in the prevention or treatment of skin diseases, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases and cancers throughout the world. The phytochemical properties of various bioactive compounds present in Aloe Vera including glycoproteins, anthraquinones, vitamins, polysaccharides etc. By using FTIR and NMR the physicochemical properties was carried out . This study provides the information that when the Aloe vera gel and leaf were tested for different physio-chemical properties, then the yield of leaf powder is more in compare to gel powder, acidity of both the constituents are in the same range and the fat absorption capacity is also similar in both the cases. When the antioxidant activity of both Aloe Vera leaf and gel powder was compared it has been observed that although a similar antioxidant activity with the standard ascorbic acid is seen but the gel powder is having slightly more antioxidant property than the leaf powder
