Denna bok är den första i sitt slag skriven på svenska. Judoboken är heltäckande och riktar sig till utövare på alla nivåer från nybörjare till avancerade. Boken är skriven av de främsta inom sitt område. Judoboken är ett bra hjälpmedel för blivande instruktörer, coacher och funktionärer som skall genomgå Svenska Judoförbundets basutbildning. Även de som endast har ett allmänt intresse för judo såsom t.ex. judoföräldrar kan finna mycket intressant i boken. Judoboken innehåller bl.a. följande: Judons historia, såväl utländsk som svensk som sedan följs av en introduktionsdel. I ett särskilt avsnitt beskrivs en judotävling och vad man som publik kan förvänta sig och hålla ögonen öppna för. Man går grundligt igenom poängsystemet, de olika domartecknens betydelse och de tävlingssystem som används. Grundteknikerna i nage-waza (kasttekniker) och katame-waza (kontrolltekniker) beskrivs på ett enkelt och lättfattligt sätt och presenteras i form av bildserier. Speciella utbildningsavsnitt utgör komplement till basutbildningarna. Boken behandlar barn- och ungdomsjudo, vuxenjudo, motionsjudo, samt handikappjudo. I avsnittet favoritteknik visar och förklarar kända svenska judoka sin tokui-waza (favoritteknik). Judoboken ges ut av Jure Förlag i samarbete med Svenska Judoförbundet. Kary H. Lasch (1914 - 1993) was a Czech-born photographer who moved to Sweden in 1939 and whose international model scouting network was based in Stockholm. His photographic career spanned the 1950s through the 1980s, and he attended the Cannes Film Festival consecutively for over 30 years. He travelled widely, and is well known for his iconic images of Picasso, Dalí, Fellini, Sofia Loren, and Brigitte Bardot. Lasch was known to do anything to get a scoop on the best photos. In a famous instance, when Sofia Loren was on her way to Stockholm by train from Copenhagen in 1955, Kary picked up the train she was on in Copenhagen, bribed the concierge, and photographed her while she was dressing in the train car. When they arrived in the Stockholm Central Station, the Swedish press were competing for the best position for a picture while Sofia and Kary were looking out of the train window. This 3-volume set (Vol. 1: Famous; Vol. 2: Cannes; Vol. 3: Humorous), brings together works from the extensive Kary Lasch Collection, which contains more than 600,000 images.

In his third book, Christer Löfgren expands the scholarship on imperial Chinese porcelain with a radical, new interpretation of the term “Mark and Period”. From identifying only marks on imperial porcelain, to looking at objects associated with those marks, his analysis will change imperial porcelain's image and significantly contribute to the knowledge base of Chinese porcelain experts and collectors. For the first time, it is now possible to group all imperial items in all these periods, from Ming to the end of the Qing period. Fotografen Christer Löfgren vill att hans bilder ska förmedla det känsloläge han själv hade vid fototillfället. Han har på sina resor över hela världen alltid minst två kameror med sig. Bilderna blir på detta sätt mycket spontana och ambitionen är att de ska bli så naturliga som möjligt, aldrig arrangerade eller ordnade. Christer använder inte stativ eller blixt utan bilderna är ögonblickliga, för att vi som tittar på bilderna ska kunna känna stämningen. Hans ambition är sedan att göra så lite som möjligt i efterbehandlingen, endast lättare ljus-färgkorrigeringar och beskärningar. Christer Löfgren är en passionerad fotograf med känsla för miljöer som av olika anledningar står inför stora förändringar. I början av 1980-talet var han på ständig jakt efter spännande motiv. Då man idag tittar på hans bilder ser man hur snabbt stadsdelen Södermalm i Stockholm har förändrats. I jämförelse med dagens verklighet kan man, då snart trettio år passerat, uppleva en helt ny stadsdel. Författaren, stockholmsskildraren och tidigare journalisten Svante Björkum har skrivit texterna som beskriver Christer Löfgrens vackra bilder.
