This is the third and final book in the Fine Dining Prison Cookbook Series. I am sharing more delicious recipes and some important knowledge on products and nutrition. Eating healthy in today's society is important, let alone in prison. Prison foods are full of starch and many other things that will harm the body over a long period of time. With all of the healthier choices of eating we now see in advertisements; some people do not have that option or means. So, exercise is the most important. However, I am seeing a change that prison commissaries and local markets are now beginning to offer healthier choices. The Fine Dining Prison Cookbook 3 has all you need to prepare the healthiest options available to you in prison. Wellness starts from within, and what better time to throw out the old unhealthy lifestyle and bring some new wholesome energy than now? This book is about mind, body, and soul - with included page-by-page encouraging quotes as well as facts on foods; you'll also find some exercise tips as well.
