"Lähde tästä talosta! Ellet tottele, olet kuoleman oma!" Ääni puhui kovaa. Sävy oli vaativa. Maa tuntui vavahtelevan allani äänen vaikutuksesta. Kuulin äänen - mutta en nähnyt puhujaa. Olin viisitoistavuotias. Tähän päivään saakka Hän on johdattanut minua. Surprise Sithole ("Sit-holy") syntyi eteläafrikkalaisessa Mosambikin tasavallassa. "Minun on vaikea kuvitella kenenkään voivan lukea tätä kirjaa tulematta äärettömän janoavaiseksi kokemaan kaiken, mitä Jumala voi antaa, maksakoon mitä sitten maksaakin. Tätä varten Jumala on kutsunut Surprisen palvelijakseen. Auttamaan sinua kokemaan suuren muutoksen elämässäsi." - BILL JOHNSON Bethel-seurakunta, Redding, Kalifornia, USA Pastori Surprise johtaa Heidi ja Rolland Bakerin Iris Ministries -järjestön kansainvälistä pastorien yhteistyöjärjestöä. Hänen valvonnassaan on kymmenentuhatta seurakuntaa Mosambikissa, Malawissa ja muissa eteläisen Afrikan valtioissa. Hän puhuu seitsemäätoista kieltä (kahta lukuun ottamatta kaikki Pyhän Hengen opettamia). Hän asuu perheineen Nelspruitissa, Etelä-Afrikassa.

Astonishing True Story of the Miracles That Are Changing AfricaBorn into a long line of witch doctors, Surprise ("Surpresa") Sithole was destined for a life of fear, oppression, and poverty in the jungles of Africa. But at the age of fifteen, he was awakened in the middle of the night by an unfamiliar voice. Urgent, but not harsh, it told him to get up and leave his family immediately. As Surprise stepped out into the night, away from everything dear to him, he had no idea who God was--or what he had in store for him. From miraculous signs and wonders to supernatural deliverance from certain death to divine revivals that overtook countries, Surprise has followed wherever God has led, becoming an agent of hope and change in a continent devastated by war, poverty, and spiritual oppression. Voice in the Night is the amazing true story of what began that night in a jungle hut more than twenty-five years ago: a journey--an adventure--of faith and miracles.

You've seen movies and TV shows or read books that have supernatural ideas. A lot of times, it's entertaining. Boys who are warlocks with magical powers, women who see the future, a girl who sees and talks to dead people---as ideas go, these have great potential to tell a good story. But is it real? And if so, what does that mean to me? The Dark Side of the Supernatural will show you the truth behind the supernatural. It's a handbook that separates truth from fiction, while looking at each topic in light of the Bible. Bill Myers has spent years researching supernatural phenomenon, and has even made movies about it.
