Water, Baptism, and the Trinity is a theological and historical exploration of the Christian sacrament of baptism. Written by J. Narver Gortner, the book delves into the significance of water in the Bible and the role it plays in various religious traditions. The author examines the development of the doctrine of the Trinity and its relationship to baptism, and explores the various ways that baptism has been understood and practiced throughout Christian history. Gortner also considers the theological and practical implications of baptism for contemporary Christian communities. This book is a valuable resource for scholars, theologians, and anyone interested in the history and meaning of Christian baptism.
