Esther Jones Hi, my name is Esther Jones, I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Lived in New York as well as Florida since the age of 8. Moving every few years, my childhood was spent in both places. I have now lived in Florida and I love my sunny home, on my down time you will find me on one of Florida's many sandy beaches. The beach is my absolute favorite place to be. New York will always be my city, I often visit my family that lives there yet I love come home to my sunshine state. I also love photography capturing the smallest to largest moments in life. High school graduation is an exciting time for anyone. But for Robert Lorents, who spent last fall pissing off a demon and upsetting the balance of power in an intricate, underground network of summoners, 'exciting' has taken on a whole different level. She has enough to deal with without his nonsense. Graduation is a time of beginnings. It's also a time of owning one's path and assuming new responsibilities, or accepting consequences of past actions. It's just usually those responsibilities don't involve banishing demons, fending off the police, or controlling world-wrecking power. Nobody ever promised you'd live past that beginning, though.

These two are forced together by circumstance-- an unwilling mentor and an uncontrolled student-- to face a threat on their own that has already annihilated summoners far more powerful than they. To save reality as we know it, they must learn to work with one another, discover the true nature of their opponent, and, of course, avoid getting arrested for trying to save our existence.
