Thrombophilia is a state of hypercoagulability defined by biological abnormalities predisposing to thrombotic events. The aim of this study was to evaluate the demands of thrombophilia assessment and its biological profile during thrombotic events in young subjects. This is a retrospective study including 969 patients with venous thromboembolic disease and 211 cases with arterial thrombosis. PS and CP determination by chronometric method, TA determination by chromogenic method, detection of CPPa and CCA type LA by chronometric method, and detection of Factor V Leiden polymorphism by specific PCR-allele were performed. In venous thrombosis, hereditary thrombophilia was found in 208 cases with 184 isolated anomalies and 24 combined anomalies. LA-type ACC was found in 50 patients and mixed thrombophilia was noted in 14 cases. In arterial thrombosis, hereditary thrombophilia was found in 35 cases with 31 isolated anomalies and 4 combined anomalies. Our study reveals the importance of clinical information and complete and controlled investigations.

La trombofilia uno stato di ipercoagulabilit definito da anomalie biologiche che predispongono a eventi trombotici. Lo scopo di questo studio stato quello di valutare le esigenze di valutazione della trombofilia e il suo profilo biologico durante gli eventi trombotici in soggetti giovani. Si tratta di uno studio retrospettivo che include 969 pazienti con malattia tromboembolica venosa e 211 casi di trombosi arteriosa. PS e PC sono stati determinati con il metodo cronometrico, TA con il metodo cromogenico, PCRa e CCA di tipo LA con il metodo cronometrico e il rilevamento del polimorfismo del Fattore V Leiden con una PCR-allele specifica. Nella trombosi venosa, la trombofilia ereditaria stata riscontrata in 208 casi con 184 anomalie isolate e 24 anomalie combinate. L'ACC di tipo LA stato riscontrato in 50 pazienti e la trombofilia mista in 14 casi. Nella trombosi arteriosa, la trombofilia ereditaria stata riscontrata in 35 casi con 31 anomalie isolate e 4 anomalie combinate. Il nostro studio rivela l'importanza delle informazioni cliniche e di indagini complete e controllate.

Die Thrombophilie ist ein Zustand der Hyperkoagulabilit t, der durch biologische Anomalien definiert ist, die f r thrombotische Ereignisse pr disponieren. Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die Anforderungen an die Thrombophilie-Bilanz sowie das biologische Profil bei thrombotischen Ereignissen bei jungen Menschen zu bewerten. Es handelt sich um eine retrospektive Studie, die 969 Patienten mit thromboembolischen Venenerkrankungen und 211 F lle mit arterieller Thrombose einschlie t. Es wurde die Bestimmung von PS und PC mit der chronometrischen Methode, die Bestimmung von AT mit der chromogenen Methode, der Nachweis von RPCa und ACC Typ LA mit der chronometrischen Methode und der Nachweis des Faktor-V-Leiden-Polymorphismus mit der spezifischen Parallel-PCR durchgef hrt. Bei der Venenthrombose wurde eine heredit re Thrombophilie bei 208 F llen mit 184 isolierten Anomalien und 24 kombinierten Anomalien gefunden. Ein ACC Typ LA wurde bei 50 Patienten gefunden und eine gemischte Thrombophilie wurde bei 14 F llen festgestellt. Bei der arteriellen Thrombose wurde die heredit re Thrombophilie bei 35 F llen mit 31 isolierten Anomalien und 4 kombinierten Anomalien gefunden. Unsere Studie zeigt, wie wichtig klinische Informationen und umfassende und kontrollierte Untersuchungen sind.
