Este libro nace a partir del manual del rea de Neuronegociaci n denominada conducta no verbal. La conducta humana, no deja de ser la respuesta que damos a la informaci n que recibimos. Esta respuesta tiene varios componentes que la forman y que nos permiten entender mejor los antecedentes que las crean, y los consecuentes que la mantienen.
