Halloween Strange things are going to happen and every year, while loving the holiday, members of the Krewe of Hunters also dread it. Something somewhere is bound to happen. And it does. Krewe member Jon Dickson's fianc e Kylie Connelly is contacted by an old friend who has just moved to Salem, Massachusetts, when the unimaginable happens as the holiday approaches. Jenny Auger has just managed to buy the historic home of her dreams. But it comes with far more history than she ever imagined-the skeletal remains of seven victims interred in the old walls of the house years and years before-along with a threatening curse. And strange things are happening in the city. Bizarre attacks...murders that mimic days of old. With Halloween on the way. Kylie has a history with the city of Salem, and her strange talent for being within the minds of those under attack-first realized in the city-remains sharp. But the situation is far more dire than what they have discovered, with strange events and attacks occurring. And with all their talent for crime solving-with help from the living and the dead-it still remains to be seen if they can solve the murders of the past before Halloween, and the bloodbath that just might occur if the sins of a time gone by cannot be brought to light. Casey Nicholson has always been a little bit sensitive, and she puts it to use in her shop in Jackson Square, where she reads tarot cards and tea leaves. She's not a medium, but she can read people well. When the ghost of Lena Marceau comes to her in the cemetery, shedding tears and begging for help, Casey's at first terrified and then determined. Lena knows she was the victim of a malicious murder. Assumes her husband was, as well, and now fears that her daughter and sister are also in danger. And all over what she believes is someone's quest to control Marceau Industries, the company left to Lena's late husband. Casey isn't sure how she can help Lena. She isn't an investigator or with any arm of law enforcement. But when she receives a visit from a tall, dark and very handsome stranger-ironically an FBI agent-she realizes that she's being drawn into a deadly game where she must discover the truth or possibly die trying. Special Agent Ryder McKinley of the Krewe of Hunters has his own strange connection to the case. Hoping to solve the mystery of his cousin's death, he arrives at Casey's shop during his hunt for answers and finds something wholly unexpected. It's Halloween at the Global Tower Theatre, a fantastic and historic theater owned by Adam Harrison and run by spouses of Krewe members. During a special performance, a strange actor makes an appearance in the middle of the show, warning of dire events if his murder is not solved before another holiday rolls around. If they can't solve the murder quickly, there will be no Thanksgiving for the Krewe... Reviews for Haunted Be the Holidays: Once again this author did not disappoint. I totally love this series, and she always brings a fresh twist to her stories. You really get to know and fall in love with her characters. M. B I always enjoy revisiting the gang of Krewe Hunters, and this book was no different. Dealing with crimes, and investigating them is intense enough, but doing it with ghost involved and it goes to a whole new level. I loved reading it, and I loved everything about it. Corinne Akers I enjoy Heather Graham books. They are at the Globe Theater when strange events start occurring, including murder. The team investigates the events leading to the happy ending. I would recommend this novella, the series, and author to readers of romantic relationships with family and friends mystery novels. Kindle Customer If you love to read ghost stories, then this series is for you. Characters are very relatable. I like it when former main characters continue in to other books. Ms. Graham has had to spend a lot of time researching locales and their histories. Awesome books. The experience is even better when you listen to the books. ManxMomma
Years ago, Jake Mallory fell in love all over again with Ashley Donegal-while he and the Krewe were investigating a murder that replicated a horrible Civil War death at her family's Donegal Plantation. Now, Ashley and Jake are back-planning for their wedding, which will take place the following month at Donegal Plantation, her beautiful old antebellum home. But Halloween is approaching and Ashley is haunted by a ghost warning her of deaths about to come in the city of New Orleans, deaths caused by the same murderer who stole the life of the beautiful ghost haunting her dreams night after night. It's winter and a chill has settled over the area near New Orleans. Finding a stream of blood, a tourist follows it to a dead man, face down in the bayou. The man has been done in by a vicious beating, so violent that his skull has been crushed in. It's barely a day before a second victim is found...once again so badly thrashed that the water runs red. The city becomes riddled with fear. An old family friend comes to Danni Cafferty, telling her that he's terrified, he's certain that he's received a message from the Blood Bayou killer--It's your turn to pay, blood on the bayou. Cafferty and Quinn quickly become involved, and--as they all begin to realize that a gruesome local history is being repeated--they find themselves in a fight to save not just a friend, but, perhaps, their very own lives. Reviews for Blood on the Bayou: A thrilling suspense murder mystery, Blood on the Bayou will have readers on the edge and guessing till the last pages whether the violence permeating the bayou is one of modern evil or an old malevolent spirit resurrected from the depths of the swamps. I truly loved the characters and especially Quinn I enjoyed the murder mystery and thought the ending was great and very well balanced. Romance Reader Girl Graham has always been one of my all-time favorites and I was not disappointed with this book either. Though I'd not read previous books that brought Danni and Quinn together initially, it didn't hamper the story. Loved the suspense of the setting with the Swamps of Louisiana. So much flavor to be had there. Rickie51
Devin Lyle and Craig Rockwell are back, this time to a haunted castle in Ireland where a banshee may have gone wild-or maybe there's a much more rational explanation-one that involves a disgruntled heir, murder, and mayhem, all with that sexy light touch Heather Graham has turned into her trademark style. Never fails to entertain and keep you turning pages. A delight for anyone who likes the paranormal. Peggy Tyler

A haunting murder and kidnapping on the outskirts of Salem, MA sends two people with unique talents hunting for answers from both the past and present in internationally bestselling author Heather Graham's electrifying new Krewe of Hunters spin off for fans of Stephen King, Jayne Ann Krentz, Riley Sager, and Simone St. James. Skye McMahon sees things. Good and bad, the past unreels in her mind's eye like a movie. Such is Skye's uncanny life. That's why she's been summoned by Special Supervisory paranormal investigators Jackson and Angela Crowe, to help solve a mystifying murder and kidnapping on the outskirts of historic Salem. Alicia Bolton discovered her grandfather-in-law murdered, her nanny and her young son have both vanished without a trace, and her infant daughter was found terrified and crying in her playpen. Skye, partnered with intriguing Zachary Erickson, a charmer with a psychic touch, is at first beset only by visions of Salem's witch trials and the tragic, paranoia-fueled executions. Then she sets foot in the Bolton's house. What Skye sees is not another innocent from the 17th century swinging from a noose. What she sees is a bona fide crone, pointed hat and all, preying on the family like something from a children's nightmarish fairy tale. And when another local woman and her daughter inexplicably vanish, Skye has a second vision--that same wicked witch creeping up on her new victims on a lonely Salem road. It's impossible to believe. Yet Skye's visions never lie. As Skye and Zachary put their otherworldy abilitites to use, and grow closer with each revelation, they're lured into an ominous mystery enveloping Salem like a fog. Navigating suspects, whispers of a cult, and a sinister history that threatens to reignite in the present, with Zachary's help, only Skye can see the way to find the missing--but first, she may have to dance with the devil himself.

Death comes for everyone. Deep in the Florida Everglades, the body of a woman is discovered in pieces, presumably ravaged by an alligator. Upon closer inspection, it's determined no animal could make such perfectly precise cuts. Only a blade could do that. Wielded by a human. Soon, dozens of oil drums emerge amid the river of grass. Each one packed to the brim with body parts. FDLE special agent Amy Larson and her partner, FBI special agent Hunter Forrest, share a bad feeling that extends beyond the horrifying nature of the grim discovery. They've seen this kind of sadistic killing before, and when a small beige horse is discovered at the bottom of one of the barrels, they know exactly what it means. The fourth horseman of the apocalypse rides a pale horse--and his name is Death. With so many bodies to identify, connecting one victim to the next is easier said than done. But finding a pattern in the chaos might be the only way Amy and Hunter can zero in on the killer, testing their skills as agents--and their relationship--like never before. And when the disturbing trail of clues signals these slayings are only the beginning, the agents will have to return to where it all started, before it's too late. The apocalypse is coming, and Hunter and Amy only have one chance to stop it, even if it means sacrificing each other.
