One might ask why we need a book on worshipping-glad you asked. Protocol Of The True Worshipper is vital in developing a biblical understanding of worship. It is a refresher to those in a complacent state of worship. This book invokes believers to grow to a new level of worship while gaining spiritual insight on the importance of creative worship. Worship is an expression of reverence and adoration for who God is and is set apart only for Him. The worshippers must love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. Expressive worship doesn't mean that it must be loud, nor does it indicate any particular physical posture. One may bow low or prostrate oneself as a show of humility. It reveals what's in our hearts. It is something we express and must submit totally to God and align with His will. You will discover nine different ways to worship including our "Contribution to the Care of Children." It is Jesus that gives life, however, it's our responsibility to nurture our children in the beauty of holiness positioning them to become productive in God's Kingdom and in society. Have you thought about how important it is to conduct ourselves in a respectful way in the "House of God?" You will find twenty-one areas to consider as you journey through the pages of Protocol Of The TRUE Worshipper. Having trouble choosing worship songs? There are thirty-one different Artists including Cultural Worship Songs and three different seasonal events for your listening pleasure.

Despite current debate over the paternal role, fatherhood is a relatively new area of investigation in literary, historical and cultural studies. The contributors to this illustrated, interdisciplinary volume - one of the first extended investigations of paternity in nineteenth-century Britain and its empire - penetrate the stereotype of the Victorian paterfamilias to uncover intimate and involved, authoritarian and austere fathers. Finding surprising precursors of the 'new man' and the 'lone father', Trev Lynn Broughton and Helen Rogers provide an essential overview of changing ideologies and practices of fatherhood as the family acquired its distinctively modern form. Gender and Fatherhood in the Nineteenth Century:- offers nuanced re-readings of artistic and literary representations of domesticity, investigations of fathering at home and at work, and of legal, political and religious discourses, suggesting that fatherhood generated more anxiety and debate than previously acknowledged- explores how traditional conceptions of paternal authority worked to accommodate the 'cult of motherhood' - examines how paternal power was embedded in social institutions- shows how models of social fatherhood provided powerful men with a means of negotiating their relationship with working-class men and colonized subjects. As these innovative essays demonstrate, the history of fatherhood can illuminate our understanding of class, society and empire as well as of gender and the family. Together they form an indispensable resource for anyone studying Victorian fatherhood as part of a History, Literature, Art, Social or Cultural Studies course.

Based on extensive new research investigating the range of women’s involvement in early nineteenth-century popular politics, mid-Victorian reform and the women’s movements of the late century, Women and the People makes an original intervention in the historiography of the radical tradition by exploring the interconnections of populism, liberalism and feminism. Attending to authorship, the study argues that the representational forms adopted by radicals were as important as the content of what they said in shaping their self-perception, their construction of others, and the reception of their ideas. In fiction, poetry and autobiography, as well as in political writing, speeches and journalism, women reworked radical conventions and imagined new models of political identity, participation and authority. Though, in general, radicals appealed to ’the people’, women were often positioned as the suffering objects of reform rather than as the agents of change. By showing how they challenged or reinforced these conceptions of ’women’ and ’the people’, the book contends that radical women invoked alternative communities of sex, class and nation, and helped to remake and discipline the political sphere, as they strove to make it their own.
