Jack London

"Martin Iden" - samoe izvestnoe proizvedenie Dzheka Londona. Kniga, kotoraja delit zhizn mnogikh chitatelej na "do" i "posle". Vydajuschijsja roman o cheloveke iz nizov, kotoryj dobilsja uspekha. O poiske mesta v zhizni, tjage k znanijam, mukakh tvorchestva i mukakh ljubvi. Istoriej ljubvi i pobedy Martina Idena zachityvajutsja milliony po vsemu miru, a ego gibel predznamenovala tragediju pokolenij nachala XX veka. Proizvedenie pokazyvaet, kak chelovek s siloj voli i uporstvom mozhet mnogogo dostich. "Malenkuju khozjajku Bolshogo doma" Dzhek London schital svoim luchshim proizvedeniem. Polnyj khitrospletenij i intrig roman pokazyvaet mosch i glubinu chuvstv, kotorye sposobna porozhdat ljubov. Dik i Paola - idealnaja para. Sderzhannyj Dik polnostju pogruzhen v rabotu, da i energichnaja Paola sama zanimaetsja delami. Ikh zhizn kipit - v Bolshom dome chasto byvajut gosti i nekogda skuchat. Dlja lichnogo obschenija u suprugov pochti net vremeni. Odnazhdy k nim priezzhaet davnij drug Dika, i pered geroinej vstaet vnezapnyj vopros, chto vybrat - ljubov i stabilnost ili strast i davno zabytuju radost zhizni?

Vydajuschijsja roman Dzheka Londona o cheloveke iz nizov, prostom morjake, dobivshemsja uspekha, o poiske mesta v zhizni, mukakh tvorchestva i mukakh ljubvi. Geroj etogo, vo mnogom avtobiografichnogo proizvedenija, prokhodit cherez tjazhelye ispytanija i blagodarja upornomu trudu i neobjatnoj energii prevoskhodit svoikh uchitelej i menjaet svoju zhizn. Tvorcheskij dar stanovitsja propuskom Martinu Idenu v vysshij svet. Otnyne dve tseli neotstupno stojat pered nim: slava pisatelja i obladanie ljubimoj zhenschinoj. Tolko mechty nepredskazuemy i kovarny: neizvestno, kogda oni sbudutsja i prineset li eto dolgozhdannuju radost.

Dzhek London, klassik amerikanskoj i mirovoj literatury, izvesten prezhde vsego kak avtor prikljuchencheskikh proizvedenij. Ego romany i povesti ob uvlekatelnykh i riskovannykh stranstvijakh, o silnykh, tseleustremlennykh i blagorodnykh ljudjakh po-prezhnemu polzujutsja uspekhom u chitatelej. Vo mnogom tvorchestvo Dzheka Londona avtobiografichno: na ego dolju vypalo nemalo ispytanij i lishenij, on smenil mnozhestvo professij: byl zolotoiskatelem, matrosom, zhurnalistom... On otkrovenno podelilsja s chitateljami faktami sobstvennoj biografii, v chastnosti v znamenitoj povesti "Dzhon Jachmennoe Zerno" i v tsikle ocherkov "Doroga". "Dzhon Jachmennoe Zerno" (1913) - gorkaja i besposchadnaja ispoved, rasskazyvajuschaja o pristrastii pisatelja k alkogolju na raznykh zhiznennykh etapakh, s detskikh let do zrelogo vozrasta. V tsikle "Doroga" (1907) Dzhek London rasskazyvaet o svoej junosti, kogda on brodjazhnichal po Amerike i dazhe popal za eto v tjurmu. Priznavajas v avtobiograficheskikh proizvedenijakh v nelitseprijatnykh postupkakh, on v to zhe vremja govorit o tom, chto i etot zhiznennyj opyt byl nenaprasnym, a nauchil luchshe ponimat ljudskuju prirodu.

Dzhek London prozhil zhizn nedolguju, no polnuju dramaticheskikh sobytij i prikljuchenij. Sobstvennyj opyt - tvorcheskij i chelovecheskij - on masterski voplotil v svoikh proizvedenijakh. Ego geroi - ljudi, silnye dukhom, muzhestvennye, derzkie i odnovremenno romantichnye. Opasnye prikljuchenija, poisk sokrovisch, uvlekatelnaja istorija ljubvi - v zavorazhivajuschej istorii dalekikh potomkov velikogo piratskogo kapitana, kotorye otpravilis na poiski starinnogo klada, ostavlennogo ikh legendarnym predkom. Roman "Serdtsa trekh" pokorjaet svoim intrigujuschim sjuzhetom i neobyknovennym dinamizmom dejstvija.

Vnimaniju chitatelej predlagaetsja "Morskoj volk", odin iz luchshikh romanov Dzheka Londona, v svoe vremja burno vstrechennyj chitateljami i kritikami i stavshij modnoj knizhnoj novinkoj. Dzhek London, s detstva mechtavshij pokorit vodnye prostory i pobyvavshij-taki morjakom, vsju svoju ljubov k morju vlozhil v etot roman. Zdes mnogo otlichnykh morskikh pejzazhej s klochjami tumana, moschnymi passatami, naduvajuschimi parusa, i penjaschimisja volnami, mnogo opasnykh morskikh prikljuchenij i epizodov surovoj morskoj raboty. Prodolzhajutsja prikljuchenija i na sushe: vljublennykh geroev zhdet robinzonada na uedinennom ostrove, gde oni budut pochti schastlivy. Prikljuchencheskaja romantika v "Morskom volke" sosedstvuet s nitssheanskoj etikoj (i popytkami ee razvenchat). Sverkhchelovek Dzh. Londona - Volk Larsen, tsinichnyj krasavets-kapitan promyslovoj shkhuny, priznajuschij tolko silu i ne znajuschij zhalosti; poluzhivotnoe, grubyj morjak, kotoromu nichego ne stoit ubit cheloveka, - i v to zhe vremja odinokaja dusha, chitatel Shekspira i Tennisona.

Dzhek London - odin iz samykh populjarnykh amerikanskikh pisatelej, chi proizvedenija, polnye uvlekatelnykh prikljuchenij i surovoj romantiki, chitajut vo vsem mire. Roman "Lunnaja dolina" (1913) neskolko neobychen: on napisan v zhanre utopii i posvjaschen avtorom zhene. Eto gimn ljubvi i chelovecheskomu dukhu. Glavnye geroi romana - molodye suprugi Bill i Sakson Roberts. Oni ljubjat drug druga, no im prikhoditsja preodolet mnozhestvo tjazhelykh ispytanij - nuzhdu, golod, gibel rebenka, - prezhde chem nakonets obresti semejnoe schaste. Oni provodjat v skitanijakh okolo dvukh let, chtoby otyskat svoju "zemlju obetovannuju" - to mesto, gde oni postrojat svoj dom i nachnut novuju zhizn. Mechty Billa i Sakson o nekoem idealnom meste mnogim kazhutsja nesbytochnymi, ved najti ego mozhno razve chto na Lune. No odnazhdy mechty sbyvajutsja: suprugi vse-taki nakhodjat to, chto iskali, i po udivitelnomu sovpadeniju mestnost nazyvaetsja Lunnoj dolinoj... Perevodchik: Stanevich Vera Oskarovna, Brodskaja L.

Povest Dzheka Londona "Zov predkov" rasskazyvaet udivitelnuju istoriju psa po klichke Bek. Ranshe u nego byli ujutnyj dom, sytnyj obed, zabavy na tjoplom svezhem vozdukhe, teper emu predstoit sogrevatsja pod tolschej snega i borotsja dazhe za samyj malenkij kusochek. Zhizn razdelilas na do i posle. Smozhet li Bek najti svojo mesto v uslovijakh surovogo Severa? Zavisit ottogo, prislushaetsja li on k vnutrennemu golosu - neizmennomu zovu predkov. Proizvedenie dopolnjajut vyrazitelnye tsvetnye illjustratsii Vladimira Kanivtsa. "Knigi dlja vneklassnogo chtenija" - eto podborka glavnykh proizvedenij russkikh i zarubezhnykh avtorov, vkhodjaschikh v shkolnuju programmu. Luchshie proizvedenija detskoj literatury s tsvetnymi illjustratsijami pomogut privit rebjonku ljubov k chteniju. Krome togo, "Knigi dlja vneklassnogo chtenija" sostavljajut edinyj tsikl s takimi knizhnymi serijami, kak "Chitaem do shkoly" i "Chitaem po shkolnoj programme".
