Football taught me to always keep my eye on the ball. But three players have captured my focus-and now, my heart. Before them, the idea that I could care about anything more than football was inconceivable. And I never would've allowed one man to threaten my dreams, let alone three. Then again, I'd never met anyone like Xavier, Colt, and Tristan. They want me to call the plays both on and off the field. Now I'm forced to decide whether to chase the glass slipper or keep charging through the glass sideline. *Calling the Plays is the third book in a slow-burn contemporary reverse harem series.*

The Reverse Play

Football is my life, and coaching in the NFL is my dream. I have a doctorate in sports psychology, but the fact that I'm a woman means I couldn't possibly know a thing about football, let alone coaching a team. At least, that's what my critics say. Others argue a woman on the sidelines would be a distraction. Distraction. Pfft. I'm a professional, and I certainly don't fall for players. When I land my dream job coaching the Boston Rebels, I realize just how difficult it will be to maintain a hands-off approach to the team. Everything about them, from their broad shoulders and thick biceps to their chiseled abs and narrow waists, makes it so I'm the one who's having trouble staying focused. As if that weren't bad enough, I'm attracted to not one, but three, players. Three offensive players who keep breaking through my defenses. I'm their coach, but absolutely nothing in my playbook prepared me for this. My head seems to understand they're completely off-limits, but my heart is pulling a reverse play.**The Reverse Play is the first book in a slow-burn reverse harem series.**

This Open University Reader examines the practices of learning and teaching which have been developed to support lifelong learning, and the understanding and assumptions which underpin them. The selection of texts trace the widening scope of academic understanding of learning and teaching, and considers the implications for those who develop programmes of learning. It examines in great depth those theories which have had the greatest impact in the field, theories of reflection and learning from experience and theories of situated learning. The implications of these theories ar examined in relation to themes which run across the reader, namely, workplace learning, literacies, and the possibilities offered by information and communication technologies. The particular focus of this Reader is on the psychological or cognitive phenomena that happen in the minds of individual learners. The readings have been selected to represent a range of experience in different sectors of education from around the globe.
