This book describes a variety of highly effective and efficient structure-preserving algorithms for second-order oscillatory differential equations. Such systems arise in many branches of science and engineering, and the examples in the book include systems from quantum physics, celestial mechanics and electronics. To accurately simulate the true behavior of such systems, a numerical algorithm must preserve as much as possible their key structural properties: time-reversibility, oscillation, symplecticity, and energy and momentum conservation. The book describes novel advances in RKN methods, ERKN methods, Filon-type asymptotic methods, AVF methods, and trigonometric Fourier collocation methods. The accuracy and efficiency of each of these algorithms are tested via careful numerical simulations, and their structure-preserving properties are rigorously established by theoretical analysis. The book also gives insights into the practical implementation of the methods. This book is intended for engineers and scientists investigating oscillatory systems, as well as for teachers and students who are interested in structure-preserving algorithms for differential equations.

China’s Direct Investment in Indonesia (1990–2022)
To elucidate the theoretical underpinnings and practical nuances of China's Outward Foreign Direct Investment (OFDI) in Indonesia spanning 1990-2022, this book intricately integrates its evolutionary trajectory within the framework of both traditional and emerging investment theories. Employing a judicious blend of standardized and empirical approaches, the book employs a comprehensive mix of quantitative and qualitative research methods to provide a nuanced understanding of this dynamic subject matter. Against the backdrop of the post-pandemic era, this book takes the international investment landscape as its context, focusing on Indonesia as the subject of country-specific research. It demonstrates the evolutionary trajectory of China's enterprises' direct investment in Indonesia, synthesizing the structural characteristics of these investments. The study empirically examines the investment effects and their operational mechanisms, determining the multi-dimensional investment distances between the two countries. Additionally, it illustrates the mechanisms underpinning the occurrence of the "liability of foreignness" risks faced by Chinese enterprises and defines the core elements and implementation pathways of the innovative localization investment model.

Stability of Infinite Dimensional Stochastic Differential Equations with Applications
Stochastic differential equations in infinite dimensional spaces are motivated by the theory and analysis of stochastic processes and by applications such as stochastic control, population biology, and turbulence, where the analysis and control of such systems involves investigating their stability. While the theory of such equations is well established, the study of their stability properties has grown rapidly only in the past 20 years, and most results have remained scattered in journals and conference proceedings. This book offers a systematic presentation of the modern theory of the stability of stochastic differential equations in infinite dimensional spaces - particularly Hilbert spaces. The treatment includes a review of basic concepts and investigation of the stability theory of linear and nonlinear stochastic differential equations and stochastic functional differential equations in infinite dimensions. The final chapter explores topics and applications such as stochastic optimal control and feedback stabilization, stochastic reaction-diffusion, Navier-Stokes equations, and stochastic population dynamics. In recent years, this area of study has become the focus of increasing attention, and the relevant literature has expanded greatly. Stability of Infinite Dimensional Stochastic Differential Equations with Applications makes up-to-date material in this important field accessible even to newcomers and lays the foundation for future advances.
Stochastic Stability of Differential Equations in Abstract Spaces
The stability of stochastic differential equations in abstract, mainly Hilbert, spaces receives a unified treatment in this self-contained book. It covers basic theory as well as computational techniques for handling the stochastic stability of systems from mathematical, physical and biological problems. Its core material is divided into three parts devoted respectively to the stochastic stability of linear systems, non-linear systems, and time-delay systems. The focus is on stability of stochastic dynamical processes affected by white noise, which are described by partial differential equations such as the Navier–Stokes equations. A range of mathematicians and scientists, including those involved in numerical computation, will find this book useful. It is also ideal for engineers working on stochastic systems and their control, and researchers in mathematical physics or biology.
The Effects of Social Health Insurance Reform on People’s Out-of-Pocket Health Expenditure in China
This study examines and explains the relationship between social health insurance (SHI) participation and out-of-pocket expenditures (OOP) as well as the mediating role the institutional arrangement of SHI plays in this relationship in China. Embracing a new institutionalist approach, it develops two analytical perspectives: determination, which identifies the mechanisms of social health insurance, and strategic interaction, which explores the interaction among social health insurance agencies, healthcare providers, patients, and institutions. It reveals the poor performance of social health insurance in decreasing out-of-pocket health expenditures caused by a trade-off between the reimbursement, behavior management, and purchasing mechanisms of social health insurance programs. Further, it finds that the inequitable allocation of healthcare resources and patients’ concerns regarding the benefits offset the strategies used by social health insurance agencies to manage care-seekingbehavior. It also discovers that the complex interactions between insurance agencies, doctors, patients and a larger disenabling institutional surrounding restricts the purchasing efficiency of social health insurance. This book is characterized by its unique synthesis of the role of the institutional arrangement of social health insurance in China, the interaction between the stakeholders in health sectors, and of the relationship between healthcare institutions, actors, and policy outcomes. Providing a comprehensive overview, it enables scholars and graduate students to understand the ongoing process of social health insurance reform as well as the dynamics of health cost inflation in China. It also benefits policymakers by recommending a single-payer model based on an evidence-based investigation.
