There's something about this lightthat drags me and compelsme to leave the darkness behind. THOUGHTS' BUFFET is a book about all the things surrounding me that have made a difference in my life. It is an emotional journey of surviving through poetry. It will take you to the emotional ride of things you have witnessed in your life, the things that are always happening around us and are yet invisible to us. This is my heart in your hands. Hope. Reality. Memories and Pain. Healing. Mental Health.
