The pattern of ADRs reported in our hospital is comparable with the results from studies conducted in indian hospital set up. Results of many of the evaluated parameters such as Patient characteristics, Drug class wise distribution of ADRs, Organ system most affected due to ADRs, Severity of the ADRs, Naranjo's Probability scale wise distribution of ADRs, Treatment of suspected ADRs were similar to other studies. While some aspects such as incidence of ADR in hospitalized patients and ADR during hospital stay were different from other studies.

This work was done at Jayamukhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Formulation and In-vitro evaluation of rapid release tablet of Telmisartan: a Production and optimization. This work useful for the formulation and evaluation of drug molecules with the help of suitable additives. Based on the above dissolution profile comparison with reference product it can be concluded that the dissolution profile of test product having batch no. F1 is nearest and similar to the reference product when 0.1 N HCl is used as dissolution media.
