Kousik Das Malakar

This book investigates the Malakar community and their hereditary livelihoods. With the overlapping their caste system and religion, Occupation, Marriage System, and their transformation of the traditional handicrafts management system and the tendency of the future generation. And included a ground-based (ground zero) research, which is clearly explained their social class system, income, and hereditary origin. Mythologically, they are the Bengali Hindu upper-caste community, who is the progenitor of Lord Shiva. The book "The Malakar Community and their hereditary livelihoods" is comprehensive and easy to understand the text. At least, the author hopes that this study will contribute to increasing the concept and awareness of the Malakar community and their positions of society.

This book began with the concept of Introduction to New Zealand, Basic Concepts of demography, demographics Methods, World demographic Profile, demographic Profiles of the Populated Countries in the World, the demography of New Zealand, Social demography of New Zealand, demographics of Auckland, and the Cook Islands, Statistics New Zealand, and 2018 New Zealand census. At least, the author hopes that this book will contribute to increasing the concepts of the demography of New Zealand. He hopes any student will enjoy it.

This book is an outcome of present days pandemic Situation in the World. As a student of geography, I observed that the vulnerable situation and try to get a basic configuration of COVID-19 worldwide. The book, 'Environmental impact of the COVID-19 pandemic: A lesson for the future' is comprehensive and easy to understand the text. This book discussed a general introduction of COVID-19, symptoms, causes, diagnosis, prevention, management, research, affected countries and their related reports (till 23rd March of 2020), history of the coronavirus pandemic, responses and socio-political consequences of COVID-19, and three case studies included, which is express the situations of Physical, Economic, Socio-cultural, and Political perspective. At least, the author hopes that this study will contribute to increasing public awareness and perceptions regarding COVID-19.
