As Ross pulled his uniform over his head, confidence and nerves filled his heart. Tonight was his final football game as a high schooler. It was also his final game with his team mates that had become like family to him. As their captain, Ross knew that it was important to keep up their perfect season, and lead his team to victory one final time.

I have never been to a prom before, much less a school dance. It's not that I chose not to go. In fact, I would have gone if given the chance. The reason that I have never gone to a prom or dance is because my homeschool group doesn't host them. We have field trips and parties, but not proms or school dances. Even though I have never attended a prom or dance, that is going to change tonight. I will be attending boyfriend and best friend's Prom tonight. I am so excited about this that I can barely stand it

As you have figured out by now, today is my eighteenth birthday. Instead of doing something big, it is going to be just another day at camp. However, I am not complaining by any means. I love camp, and spending time here. Even though I am both excited and sad about having to go back home to Texas tomorrow, I am not going to think about it today. After all, I have a big and exciting day ahead of me.

"It's so beautiful." I smile, taking in the sky's glorious beauty." It sure is." Dad smiles, thought-fully. "Thank you, God, for this glorious day.""Amen." Mom and I reply, big smiles on our faces. Two days ago, I had requested to my parents that we do something special before all of the birthday festivities begin today. For my birthday request, I had said that I wanted the three of us to go early morning surfing, and watch the sunrise. After I had requested this to them, Mom and Dad had smiled and had agreed to my request. As my parents and I sit on our surf boards together and watch the sunrise, I cannot help but feel happy, relaxed, and content. Going surfing and watching the sunrise with my wonderful parents is truly a special and wonderful way to start off my eighteenth birthday.

It has been awhile since I have had a real and relaxing summer. Sure, summer still came along, even when I had acting jobs to do. Don't get me wrong, I love acting and it is my passion. Some-times, I just need a break from it, that's all. This summer, that is exactly what I am getting. From now until July 31st, my parents and I will be spending the summer with the James's at their beach house in Henley Beach, Florida.

It's Christmas Day, and that could only mean one thing: D. J.'s annual Christmas dinner/ party for her closest friends and herself. It is something that they look forward to every year. Besides bringing the annual Christmas dinner/ party, this Christmas brings something wonderful that D. J. never saw coming. in this book of surprises and celebration, follow one girl as she gets the Christmas surprise of a lifetime.

Tonight is my senior prom. Last year, I was in my wheelchair, but this year, I am not. This year, I finally get to dance with my boy-friend, best friend, and our good friends at the biggest dance of the year. For me, this is a dream come true.

I have been up for hours. I went to bed at ten and it is now one in the morning. You would think that I would be asleep right now, but I am not. I have racing thoughts and an excited heart and mind. After all, today is my eighteenth birthday.

In just six days, the three hundred seniors of Barton High School would be graduating. Today, however, they would be participating in the Barton High School senior talent show. As she, Shelley, Ross, Becky, and the other seniors made their way to the audi-torium, Breanna could not help but smile. She had a secret talent that she was going to finally display.

Fighting with your best friend can be one of the hardest things in the world. It is a situation where both parties end up getting hurt, and no one wins. I should know, because I am in a fight with one of my best guy friends right now. The funny thing is I don't even know how the fight started. One minute, we are hanging out and having fun. The next minute, we are fighting and not speaking to each other. In fact, Kieran and I have not spoken in two weeks. That is how bad the fight is. Truth be told, I am not angry anymore. I am hurt. I am hurt because, even though I want to surrend-er and wave a white flag of truce, I am scared to. I am scared that Kieran won't wave one back.

As my girlfriend took a shower, I decided that this would be the best time to talk with everyone about Holly's birthday surprise. After all, Holly was in the shower and would not be able to hear us. This was definitely a good thing.

Henley Beach, Florida has always held a special place in Diana's heart. It was the place where her family and Daniel's family got away each June. This was due to the face that the teens had summer tours during the month of July. While these families stayed at Henley Beach during June, they would stay at Diana and her family's beach house. I was a beautiful house inside and out. It overlooked the white sand and clear, crystal, blue water beach. It was truly paradise.

Dear Journal, due to my excitement this morning, I have been up since 6:30 am. Not only am I excited because it is Christmas, I am also excited that Greg and his family will be spending Christ-mas with my family and me. In fact, my boyfriend and his parents (Gia and Garth) will be here until Wednes-day morning. I am excited about this because my parents and the Gantons don't get to see each other as much as we would like to. Like I said, I am really excited about the things to come today, and over the next couple of days.-Greer

Tonight was the first concert of the tour, and Holly and Finn were pumped. Tonight's concert would be taking place in New York City. Yesterday, Finn, Holly, the band, their band manager, publicist, and body-guard had gotten a tour of New York City. Tonight, Holly and Finn would be performing in it

Besides hanging out with Landon and many things that come with vacationing at Henley Beach, Florida, one of my most favorite things include hanging out on the white sand and clear, blue water beach that is just outside of my parent's beach house. While there are times where I run or walk on the beach, surf and swim, or even tan and relax, one of my most favorite things to do is practice my gymnastics moves on the beach. After all, I have to stay in tact for the competitive gymnastics team I am on at school. As I practiced my skills, I noticed an extremely hot and gorgeous guy smiling, waving, and making his way towards me. Standing back on my two feet, I could not help but stare. My jaw dropping slightly, I realized that it was Landon.

Going on tour is one of my favorite things to do. Not only do I get to spend the summer touring and going to differ-ent places, but I get to sing my heart in them. This year, touring is going to be extra special because my best friends in the entire world will be with me.

Early this afternoon, Greg Ganton had gotten on a plane that would take him from Phoenix, Arizona to Dallas, Texas. His plan was to lay low for the afternoon and surprise Greer tonight. After calling Mr. and Mrs. Friedson a couple of weeks ago, telling them about his plan, and asked them about it, Mr. and Mrs. Friedson were excited. They had even asked Greg to stay with them for the night. Of course, Greg had taken them on their offer. After all, flying to and back would be too much for Greg.
