"Mr. and Mrs. Dixon," Dr. Hayden gently said, hoping not to wake Henrietta. "May I have a word?" Nodding, they made their way out of Henrietta's room, and gently closed it." What is it, doctor?" Mr. Dixon wanted to know. "What's going on?""I am so, so sorry to have to tell you this, but Henrietta is not responding to the treatments, and they are doing nothing for her.""What does that mean for now?" Mrs. Dixon asked, tears streaming down her cheeks, and knowing what the answer was." At this point, even though it would be the hardest thing in the world for all of us, we would stop treatments."

"What do you think that Cayden is going to do when he sees tomorrow that you can walk?" Tori, my main, favorite nurse and good friend asked, as she adminis-tered my chemo." I honestly don't know, because I don't know what to think about it." I replied, honestly. "It is by God's grace that you can walk again, sweetie." Mom said, holding my hand, and giving it a gentle squeeze and kiss. " Your Dad and I had never thought that we would see you do it again.""I agree with that 100%." I smiled, my eyes gently closing, as the chemo treatment made me tired. "God is good, all the time...""And all the time, God is good." Mom and Tori smiled.

Fast forward-ing to now, Adelaine is on her way to the studio for the first day of table readings (The filming will begin next Monday). Even though Adelaine is excited, she is also a little nervous. In the cast, there are only four teens, including her. All she knows about the teens is that the teens are two other guys and one other girl. Before Adelaine could think about this anymore, Ashley was pulling up to the studio entrance.

Blow drying my hair, my mind goes to that day in early April that Dad and Mom told me that Dad was being relocated to a new church in Texas. Just like I did when I found out about it the move, I have the same emotions about it today. While I am happy for my Dad and am looking forward to this new advent-ure with my parents, there is also a part of me that is sad to leave everyone here behind. The feelings of sadness are especi-ally strong today, due to the fact that it is my family's and my last Sunday at our church, and day in Albu-querque.

Besides my birthday, Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year Not only does it mean good food, presents, and time with family, it also means it is time for my family's annual trip to Anderson Cove, California to spend time with a family whom we consider as part of our family and vice versa. Ever since I can remember, my parents and I have flown from Texas to California to spend Christmas through late afternoon of the next day with the Kiefer family, life long best friends of my family, at their beach house. There is Ellen the Mom, Hunter the Dad, Carter (Popular, genuine, and kind actor/ my longtime secret love interest (I am not in love with the actor, but the person. Even though he is three years older than me, my feelings for him haven't changed)), and Sasha, the daughter. In all honesty, spending time with my family and the Kiefer's is my favorite Christmas tradition

Even though she loves what she does, it was and is hard for Andra to be away from her lifelong best friends, twins Callie and Danny (Andra's lifelong secret love interest), as well as Sara, Kate, and Nolan. Before Andra and her family moved away, them, the twins, and their parents came up with a plan. On the Monday-Friday of the first full week of July, Andra would fly from Los Angeles to Orlando to stay with the twin's and their parents. This would ensure Andra to get a good visit with her lifelong best friends, and vice versa. Five years later, that plan is still in tact. In fact, as we speak, Andra is on a plane right now headed to Orlando.

Turning her attention away from the departing cab, and to her family's mansion, excitement filled her heart. It had been six months since she had seen her amazing and wonderful parents, sister, and best friends. To add on to her excitement, Banks and her wonderful and amazing co-star, and fianc e (as of last night), Bart were about to give Banks' family and friends the surprise of a lifetime. From what her family and friends understood, Banks was back in Los Angeles celebrating Christmas with her amazing and favorite Aunt Bella, whom she had resided with since the age of twelve. That is exactly what Banks, Bella, and Bart wanted them to think. After all, it made the surprise visit that much more sweet

I have always been one who LOVES the holidays Besides my birthday, Thanks-giving and Christmas are my favorite holidays Due to the fact that I am only able to come to one of these holidays a year, due to filming commit-ments in Los Angeles, they are that much more special to me. Moving on, let me tell you a little bit about the surprise that is taking place. From what Mom and Dad understand, I am only able to come down for Christmas this year. What they don't know is that the director of my show said last minute that all of us are able to have both holidays off With this said, I am on a plane right now to Dallas to surprise my wonderful family for a few hours. I am so excited that I can barely stand it

Dear Journal, Being oblivious to your boyfriend of one year cheating on you with a longtime good friend of yours, and finding out about it through a tabloid is one of the most heartbreaking and heart-wrenching things that I have ever experienced Even though I immediately dropped both people out of my life, the betrayal still breaks my heart It has been about a week and a half since the breakup, and I am still reeling about it Even though my wonderful parents have been there for me, and telling me that these feelings are totally normal, it does not change the fact that I am in pain Hopefully, the week with the Hunters at their beach house will do some good -Opal XOXO

Moving on, let's talk about present day. As of now, Garrett and I are on a plane to my hometown ofAlbu-querque, New Mexico. When we arrive, Mom and Dad will be picking us up, and taking us to Pascal. For those of you who don't know, Pascal Academy is a K12 school for students with learning disabilities. While I attended this school from Kinder-garten through sixth grade (I moved to Los Angeles the summer after sixth grade to live with my wonderful, amazing, and favorite aunt, and began filming my TV show), Leslie, Kaci, and Jessica stayed (Just like I am, the girls are seniors in high school). Moving on, Pascal's high school students will be partici-pating in the Fall showcase (A talent show that takes place before Pascal's week long Fall break). From what Mom tells me, my sister and best friends are going to be performing a song that I wrote for and sing on Garrett's and my show. I am ready to forgive my sister and best friends, and I think surprising and singing with them is the best way to do that

About two months ago, my best friend and boyfriend betrayed me. While my lifelong best friend, Helene said she didn't want to be friends with me, my boyfriend of two years, Hunter (Helene's twin brother) broke up with me for no reason at all. This completely shattered my heart. On a different note, I was not the only one affected by what happened. My twin sister, Tara, was, too. About a couple of days after what happened, and angry Tara had called the twins up to inquire about why they had hurt me. They had told her that it had been a dare, and that they had immediate-ly regretted what had happened. Moving on to post disown-ment, the twins had tirelessly tried to get in touch with me for a long time. However, I was not about to give them the time of day. Pretty soon, they had stopped calling. Moving on to today, I am ready to forgive them. With this said, I am flying down from L. A. to Houston to see my family and to show up at the twin's birthday party. Even though I am a little nervous about surprising and seeing them, and am only able to in Houston and at their party for the day, it is worth it. Before I can think any more about this, the plane is touching down at Bush.

"Your mother, sisters, and I are so happy that you are able to be with us for Thanks-giving, pumpkin " Dad said, as we departed DFW. "Even though you are only able to stay until tomorrow, we are just glad to have you home, period. You have been greatly missed ""I've missed you guys, too " I exclaimed. "One year of being away from you guys is way too long "This was very true. Due to the fact that I had been busy filming my TV show, I had not seen my family since last Thanksgiving Even though my favorite aunt (I have lived with her in L. A. since the age of eleven due to filming my show) and I had celebrated the holidays, it wasn't the same as spending it with my family and best friends This year, however, was different
