Il concetto di s e la motivazione ai risultati hanno un ruolo significativo nella vita di un individuo. Le variabili accademiche, sociali, psicologiche ed emotive associate agli studenti con bisogni speciali mostrano una variazione rispetto agli individui senza bisogni speciali. Sarebbe interessante decifrare alcuni aspetti specifici del comportamento degli individui con bisogni speciali che li motivano a eccellere rispetto agli altri nelle prestazioni. Il presente studio stato un tentativo di scoprire cosa vedono gli studenti audiolesi e cosa li motiva ad acquisire padronanza nelle situazioni difficili e impegnative. La ricerca stata condotta su un campione di 50 studenti audiolesi per studiare il concetto di s e la motivazione al raggiungimento dei risultati. Come strumenti di misura sono stati utilizzati il Self-Concept Questionnaire del Dr. Raj Kumar Saraswat e l'Achievement Motive Test di V. P. Bhargava. Per trovare la correlazione tra le due variabili sono state utilizzate la media e la tecnica della correlazione. emerso che la maggior parte degli studenti ha un concetto di s e una motivazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi superiori alla media.

Selbstkonzept und Leistungsmotivation spielen eine wichtige Rolle im Leben des Einzelnen. Die akademischen, sozialen, psychologischen und emotionalen Variablen, die mit Lernenden mit besonderen Bed rfnissen in Verbindung gebracht werden, weisen im Vergleich zu Personen ohne besondere Bed rfnisse eine Variation auf. Es w re interessant, einige spezifische Verhaltensaspekte von Personen mit besonderen Bed rfnissen zu entschl sseln, die sie dazu motivieren, sich in ihrer Leistung von anderen abzuheben. Die vorliegende Studie war ein Versuch, herauszufinden, wie h rgesch digte Sch ler sie sehen und was sie motiviert, schwierige und herausfordernde Situationen zu meistern. Die Studie wurde an einer Stichprobe von 50 h rgesch digten Sch lern durchgef hrt, um das Selbstkonzept und die Leistungsmotivation zu untersuchen. Als Messinstrumente wurden der Self-Concept Questionnaire von Dr. Raj Kumar Saraswat und der Achievement Motive Test von V. P. Bhargava verwendet. Mittelwert und Korrelationstechnik wurden eingesetzt, um die Korrelation zwischen zwei Variablen herauszufinden. Es wurde festgestellt, dass die Mehrheit der Sch ler ein berdurchschnittliches Selbstkonzept und eine berdurchschnittliche Leistungsmotivation hatte.

La pr sente tude visait d couvrir comment les tudiants malentendants se per oivent et ce qui les motive ma triser des situations difficiles et stimulantes. La recherche a t con ue sur un chantillon de 50 tudiants malentendants afin d' tudier le concept de soi et la motivation l'accomplissement. Raj Kumar Saraswat et le Achievement Motive Test de V. P. Bhargava ont t utilis s comme instruments de mesure. La moyenne et la technique de corr lation ont t utilis es pour d terminer la corr lation entre deux variables. Il a t constat que la majorit des tudiants avaient un concept de soi et une motivation pour la r ussite sup rieurs la moyenne.
