The objective of writing this work was never to tell you or anyone else how to live their life. This book was never intended to be a life manual but rather a list of helpful suggestions from the many life lessons that I've learned and discovered over time. My intention is never to tell you what to think. I would much rather encourage you to have a curious mind and to think freely for yourself. I'd happily ask you to pause and ponder anything that doesn't resonate with you within this book and to question it with an open mind. I personally believe this is the beginning of learning how to think creatively, critically, and independently.

Though our lives run on, we may feel that certain moments are timeless, and love that moves us toward each other can give us a sense of eternity.
