Even the greatest leaders get distracted by the less meaningful details of daily life and lose sight of what is important. At their worst, we see leaders get way off course and rationalize unethical or illegal activity, and at their best, we see leaders distracted by the day-to-day minutia, losing sight of the dynamic vision that drives their success. They need a quick reminder to serve as a "true north" and keep on track. Leading with Courage: Daily Reminders for the Decision Maker is an opportunity to spend a few minutes in the busy day reminding yourself of the personal and professional things that matter and the impact your decisions have on others.

What began as the childhood pursuit of 'tiny bits of Eden' in Amarillo, Texas and developed into a deep personal connection with the art and architecture of Italy culminates in Matthew White's expansive "Italy of My Dreams". Full of theatrical, bold exteriors, and interiors adorned with classical flourishes, each featured project is a unique testament to the designer's appreciation of Italian design. Worn reclaimed beams compliment sweeping Venetian doors, lush rooftop gardens recall the Southern Italian countryside - these are modern spaces steeped in an historic sensibility, yet free of replication or pastiche. While the locations change - from California Villas to a Palazzo in New York City - the designer's passion remains true, making "Italy of My Dreams" an intimate inspirational celebration of Italian style.

Roald Dahl's The Three Little Pigs joins the famously infamous Snow-White and the Seven Dwarfs and the very smelly but loveable Jack and the Beanstalk plus many more in a glittering line up of wickedly funny productions which children and audiences just love. There are five starring roles and dozens of extra parts both off stage and on – and everyone can sing in the chorus. Piggy No. 3 is in a tight corner – Wolf has gobbled up his neighbours and now he's hammering at the door with a stick of dynamite in his hand. Who can Piggy call on for help? Sweet Miss Riding Hood, of course – the fearless wolf-slayer. And how is he to know that she fancies a pigskin handbag to go with her wolfskin coat?! As with every one of these great Roald Dahl musicals, The Three Little Pigs is based on an orchestral commission by the Roald Dahl Foundation. The concert work, from which the schools' musical is derived is by Paul Patterson, and schools can use the extracts provided from the orchestral work to enhance their performances. The Night Before Christmas is a magical, musical adaptation of the well-known nineteenth century rhyme of the same name. This heart-warming tale brings the magic of Christmas to life in a fantastically festive setting. Intended for children in Key Stage 1 and early Key Stage 2 (6-9 year olds). There are parts for mice, children, toys, Father Christmas, reindeer and many, many more, all with amazing costumes. The songs are incredibly Christmassy and the CD includes backing tracks and performance tracks as well as incidental music providing opportunities for adding dance and mime to the production. Roald Dahl's Little Red Riding Hood joins the famously infamous Snow-White and the Seven Dwarfs and the very smelly but loveable Jack and the Beanstalk plus many others in a glittering line up of wickedly funny productions which children and audiences just love. The plot twists something like this: Mr Wolf thinks he's a match for Little Red Riding Hood and her three little piggie pals. He snatches a lead on her and gobbles up Grandma – but his hair raising antics will cost him his skin. And it's sweet Little Red Riding Hood herself who has the ace up her sleeve – or, to be frank – the pistol in her knickers. The passion, melodrama, earthy humour and strong, gripping plot of Thomas Hardy's novel Far from the Madding Crowd are vividly conveyed in Matthew White's fast-moving and admirably economical adaptation.3 women, 5 men
It is called, with deceptive simplicity, The Village. It is the world of tomorrow, or today. A man known only as Number 6 enters its storybook-like confines. He will learn, over and over again, that inside it there is no freedom, and from it there is no escape. He is without defenses, except for one invisible weapon: his uncrushable spirit.
