Dopo le elezioni presidenziali del 2009, la stabilit democratica laica nella Repubblica Islamica dell'Iran apparsa la pi improbabile delle possibilit . Eppure ha segnato un punto critico della storia che sar ricordato per sempre come l'inizio della fine della tirannia teocratica nello Stato. I cambiamenti demografici del paradigma e una leadership sempre pi autoritaria stanno aggravando un costrutto rivoluzionario. Se le sfide politiche e socio-economiche non saranno affrontate, le condizioni innescheranno una confluenza di eventi che unificheranno l'opposizione contro l'establishment clericale al potere. Questa ricerca esamina in primo luogo i meccanismi selezionati del sistema politico iraniano cos com'era prima delle elezioni presidenziali del 2009; principalmente gli apparati pi influenti e potenti dello Stato. In secondo luogo, se e come gli effetti conseguenti delle elezioni abbiano alterato l'attivit politica di una societ nel bel mezzo di una costruzione rivoluzionaria. Infine, si concluder individuando le tendenze sistemiche che possono portare a un'imprevista riforma strutturale del potere politico costituzionale: un cambiamento che cambier la natura del sistema politico iraniano e ridefinir un delicato equilibrio di potere nel Golfo Persico.

Esta investiga o examina primeiro mecanismos seleccionados do sistema pol tico iraniano tal como estava antes das elei es presidenciais de 2009; principalmente os aparelhos mais influentes e poderosos do Estado. Em segundo lugar, se e como os efeitos consequentes das elei es alteraram a actividade pol tica de uma sociedade no meio de uma constru o revolucion ria. Finalmente, concluir identificando tend ncias sist micas que podem resultar numa reforma estrutural imprevista do poder pol tico constitucional: uma mudan a que mudar a natureza do sistema pol tico iraniano e redefinir um delicado equil brio de poder no Golfo P rsico.

Nach den Pr sidentschaftswahlen 2009 erschien die s kulare demokratische Stabilit t in der Islamischen Republik Iran als die unwahrscheinlichste aller M glichkeiten. Dennoch markierte sie einen kritischen Punkt in der Geschichte, der f r immer als der Beginn des Endes der theokratischen Tyrannei im Staat in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Paradigmenwechsel in der Demographie und eine zunehmend autorit re F hrung erschweren ein revolution res Konstrukt. Wenn die politischen und sozio konomischen Herausforderungen unbeantwortet bleiben, werden die Bedingungen einen Zusammenfluss von Ereignissen ausl sen, die die Opposition gegen das herrschende klerikale Establishment vereinen. Die vorliegende Untersuchung untersucht zun chst ausgew hlte Mechanismen des politischen Systems des Iran, wie es vor der Pr sidentschaftswahl 2009 bestand, vor allem die einflussreichsten und m chtigsten Staatsapparate. Zweitens wird untersucht, ob und wie die Folgewirkungen der Wahl die politische Aktivit t einer Gesellschaft inmitten eines revolution ren Konstrukts ver ndert haben. Abschlie end werden systemische Trends aufgezeigt, die zu einer unvorhergesehenen strukturellen Reformierung der verfassungsm igen politischen Macht f hren k nnen: eine Verschiebung, die das Wesen des politischen Systems im Iran ver ndern und das empfindliche Machtgleichgewicht am Persischen Golf neu definieren wird.

Si les d fis politiques et socio- conomiques restent sans r ponse, les conditions d clencheront une confluence d' v nements unifiant l'opposition contre l'establishment cl rical au pouvoir. Cette recherche examine d'abord certains m canismes du syst me politique iranien tel qu'il tait avant l' lection pr sidentielle de 2009, principalement les appareils les plus influents et les plus puissants de l' tat. Ensuite, elle examine si et comment les effets de l' lection ont modifi l'activit politique d'une soci t en pleine construction r volutionnaire. Enfin, il conclura en identifiant les tendances syst miques qui pourraient entra ner une r forme structurelle impr vue du pouvoir politique constitutionnel: un changement qui modifiera la nature du syst me politique iranien et red finira un quilibre d licat du pouvoir dans le Golfe persique.
