This book has been written keeping in mind the background and understanding of B. Pharm and Pharm. D students of Indian Universities. As the subject matter is yet to be practiced in any large scale in Indian hospitals, theoretical aspects of the subject is written in a simple manner, so as the budding pharmacists can understand the basics of the subject and build upon it when they actually enter into the practice of hospital and clinical pharmacy.
