Since childhood, I have seen Gau Mata at my house, the first bread in our house is given to Gau Mata. Many times during my studies, I used to note down many things related to Cow Mother and about the scientific values of cow milk. When I got the opportunity to set a Guinness world record on Gau Mata, I thought why not I write all those points together in a simple language and make a book so that the importance of Gau Mata can be conveyed to the masses.

The common meaning of the word Upanishad is 'Sit Nearby a Scholar' to gain knowledge and wisdom. There is a very beautiful and esoteric dialogues between many sages and their disciples in the Upanishads. The essence of knowledge and discussions of sages written in Sanskrit are connected with the nature and relationship between Higher Soul (Parmatma) and Lower Soul (Jeevatma). Upanishads are the invaluable heritage of our Indian civilization. This knowledge is so vast that even the height of billions of mountains cannot be compared. This knowledge is so deep that even the depths of billions of ocean cannot be compared. It is the power gained by the Upanishads through which a person can face his life-struggle with patience and courage. If there were no Upanishads, there would not be the great literature, the Bhagavad Gita because the Bhagavad Gita is dependent on the Upanishads. Knowledge of dealing with our spiritual, mental and social problems is described in the Upanishads. I have tried to give a brief introduction about the content of 151 Upanishads.

It is a matter of great luck for all of us that discussions have been started in India over the last one or two years on the scientificity of Vedic knowledge, culture and conduct and in many places classes have also been started. We are even more fortunate that the first study center of Vedic science of India started at Banaras Hindu University founded by Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya ji, who was an awarded of Bharat Ratna. I have also had the privilege of taking several classes as a guest teacher in the Vedic Science Department. Ms. Neha Singh is one of the meritorious students of the first session of Vedic Science Center of Kashi Hindu University, Varanasi, who continuously tried to learn more and more in a short time and to study her Vedic science intensively like a penance. She has taken admission in Vedic Science after graduating from fine arts, having so much interest in reading and knowing. Interest in Vedic science subject has been seen very rarely in today's youngsters. In the book titled 'Vedic Science' - Simple and Brief Introduction"" written by Ms. Neha Singh, along with a brief introduction to Vedic literature, she has tried to give a simple introduction to the many practices and cultures that we all adopt in our common life and is very easy to understand. Her efforts are indeed very much appreciated.
