The publication shows detailed solutions for the successful implementation of structural engineering and building physics requirements for hybrid construction, especially with regard to noise and fire protection. Oliver Fischer analyzes the interference effects occurring in free-stream wind tunnels as well as their correction and simulation. With this work, the investigated correction method and the comparability of its results as well as flow simulation results are improved. The model wind tunnel of the IVK, University of Stuttgart, is simulated in various wind tunnel configurations. The application of a correction procedure to the corresponding experimental data from the model wind tunnel of the IVK is examined. These correction results are directly comparable with interference-free simulation results and thus allow a conclusion on the functionality of the correction method. Based on these findings, this thesis proposes a modification of the correction method that improves the comparability of corrected experimental results and CFD simulations in idealized test conditions. Die Arbeit untersucht die Moglichkeit der Schaffung eines Europaischen Urheberrechts als Verordnung. Nach einer Analyse der Kompetenzen der Union im Urheberrecht vergleicht der Verfasser die bisher verfolgte Harmonisierungsmethode mittels Richtlinien mit einer moglichen Unionsurheberrechtsverordnung. Sodann geht er der Frage nach, welche materiellrechtlichen Bereiche des Urheberrechts vor dem Hintergrund der Kompetenzen der Union Teil einer Urheberrechtsverordnung sein konnten. Schliealich untersucht er, ob eine Urheberrechtsverordnung zwingend die nationalen Urheberrechte verdrangen musste oder ob nicht eine Parallelitat von Unionsurheberrecht und nationalen Urheberrechten moglich ist.

Das Buch leistet einen Beitrag zu einer theoretisch fundierten Beurteilung des Phanomenbereichs computervermittelter Kommunikation (cvK). Statt einer polarisierenden Diskussion um Chancen und Risiken computervermittelter Kommunikation, die der Hoffnung auf Flexibilisierung und Demokratisierung eine wachsende Angst vor Anonymisierung, Normverlust und Entmenschlichung entgegensetzt, wird eine Erlauterung von Grundannahmen und Geltungsbereichen der diskutierten Konzepte geboten. Nach eingehender begrifflicher Klarung werden die Theorien computervermittelter Kommunikation erlautert, entsprechend ihren Grundannahmen unterschiedlichen Paradigmen zugeordnet und abschliessend beurteilt. Eine exemplarische Anwendung der Theorien auf den Organisationsbereich zeigt die Relevanz der diskutierten Ansatze fur Formen virtuellen Arbeitens.
