Palmer Cox's Brownies were some of the most beloved and popular characters in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Brownies, like fairies and goblins, are imaginary little sprites, who are supposed to delight in harmless pranks and helpful deeds. They work and play while weary households sleep, and never allow themselves to be seen by mortal eyes. Their meticulously illustrated adventures were beloved by generations of children and the young-at-heart. And now, for the first time, they appear in their very own coloring book - just for your coloring pleasure and enjoyment. Whether you are revisiting fond memories or meeting the Brownies for the first time, prepare to be amazed at these incredibly detailed and delightful illustrations, and join them in their adventures. Have fun, but remember -- the Brownies are watching you
