Cal wants fame and respect and Mary craves true love from her pro quarterback boyfriend, but destiny weaves a tangled fabric. From Mike Richardson (47 Ronin, Echoes) and Eisner Award winner Paul Chadwick (Concrete, The World Below) comes Best Wishes, a Woody Allen-esque tale of New York, meme madness, fame's price, and secrets of the heart.

This book provides a practical framework for using a person based cognitive therapy approach for addressing the range of problems experienced by people with psychosis. Chapters 1-4 provide a context for the approach and chapters 5-12 cover the clinical application of the approach. Key features include; the integration of the author’s work on Mindfulness (simple meditation technique that is similarly creating a lot of interest at present) for people with psychosis; inclusion of the two-chair method; plus a chapter on group therapy.

Echoes collects drawings from the myriad periods of Kaluta's notable career and reveals the artist's unique passion for historical accuracy and unbridled fantasy, traits that have inspired more than one generation of artists and aficionados. Michael William Kaluta has been referred to as the artist's artist. He has earned that reputation by immersing himself in the worlds he draws, offering up his visions with painstaking detail -- from Robert E. Howard's Hyborian Age through the noir era of The Shadow to the delightfully retro sci-fi worlds of Starstruck, and all places in between. Commontary by the artist, Paul Chadwick, Neil Gaiman and compilers Dean Motter and J. David Spurlock.

Internationally respected authors, actively working in this area, establish theoretical reasons for extending cognitive therapy to these symptoms. This includes a justification for looking at symptoms rather than syndromes, first-person accounts of delusions and hallucinations along with an analysis of why the cognitive approach is ideally suited to the study and treatment of these disabling disorders. Describes how to make a cognitive assessment of both hallucinations and delusions and which measures to use. Contains new research and methods of managing these severe psychoses.
