The concerned work is focusing on (a) finding out the causes and consequences of climate change so as to make a proper understanding of the phenomenon (b) understanding the problems and obstacles coming in the way of effective solution of the problem of climate change (c)studying and assessing the role of the UN in the field of climate change (d) seeking out new approaches and possibilities to combat the problem of climate change and searching the scope for more effective role of the UN.

This publication, titled A Colour Handbook on Rainfed Rabi Crops: Protection, Constraints, and Mitigation Strategies, aims to assist students, field researchers, agriculture department field functionaries, scholars, and farmers in correctly identifying important insect pests, diseases, and weeds that plague rainfed Rabi crops. The book describes the damaging symptoms, identification characteristics, biology, and management techniques of over 100 pest species, accompanied by coloured illustrations. The correct identification of these pests is not only necessary for strict quarantine to prevent the spread of new species, but also to achieve desired productivity levels.

This publication, titled A Colour Handbook on Rainfed Kharif Crops: Protection Constraints and Mitigation Strategies, aims to help students, field researchers, scholars, and farmers correctly identify and manage important insect pests, diseases, and weeds that affect rainfed Kharif crops. Clear and informative colored illustrations have been included to assist amateurs in identifying these pests.
