Freed To Lead is for Christians who are called to leadership - whether in the marketplace, public service, the church, or any other context. All leaders want to be the best they can be. But the truth is that people don't follow leaders who use the right techniques. They follow leaders who are authentic and real. Christian leaders have a huge advantage because they have already become new creations in Christ. Freed To Lead will enable you to take the truth of this new identity much deeper so that you can learn to lead as the new person in Christ that you have become. Learning how to lead out of your new identity in Christ will help you avoid drivenness and burnout, survive personal attacks, and use conflict positively. In short, Freed To Lead will help you connect with the person you already are so that you can become the leader God created you to be.
