The entire country followed the disappearances of three women who vanished from one of Washington, DC's popular neighborhoods. In 1999, a beautiful, young Justice Department attorney, Joyce Chiang, disppeared from the ominous streets of our Nation's Capitol. Three months later, Joyce's corpse was discovered in the murky waters of the Potomac River. The FBI and police were only able to theorize how Joyce died. Two years later, Chandra Levy disappeared a few blocks from where Joyce vanished.
