Im Hinblick auf die k nftige F rderung des kologischen Landbaus erscheint es sinnvoll, den Schulungsbedarf der Biobauern in Bezug auf die Praktiken des kologischen Landbaus zu ermitteln. Ziel der Untersuchung war es, das Profil der Befragten zu studieren, das Ausma der bernahme von Praktiken des kologischen Landbaus und den Wissensstand dar ber zu ermitteln, die Beziehung zwischen ausgew hlten Merkmalen von geschulten und ungeschulten Landwirten und dem Ausma der bernahme von Praktiken des kologischen Landbaus und dem Wissensstand dar ber festzustellen, die Angemessenheit der f r die Schulung verwendeten Methoden, Zeit und Techniken zu bestimmen, die Beschr nkungen bei der bernahme dieser Praktiken zu ermitteln und Vorschl ge der Landwirte zur berwindung der oben genannten Beschr nkungen zu unterbreiten.

Afin de soutenir l'agriculture biologique l'avenir, il semble utile de d terminer les besoins en formation des agriculteurs biologiques en ce qui concerne les pratiques de l'agriculture biologique. L'objectif de la recherche tait d' tudier les caract ristiques du profil des personnes interrog es, de d terminer le degr d'adoption et le niveau de connaissance des pratiques d'agriculture biologique, d' tablir la relation entre certaines caract ristiques des agriculteurs biologiques form s et non form s et leur degr d'adoption et de connaissance des pratiques d'agriculture biologique, de d terminer l'ad quation des m thodes, du temps et des techniques utilis s pour la formation, les contraintes rencontr es lors de l'adoption de ces pratiques et les suggestions formul es par les agriculteurs biologiques pour surmonter les contraintes susmentionn es.

Al fine di sostenere l'agricoltura biologica in futuro, sembra efficace determinare i bisogni formativi degli agricoltori biologici in relazione alle pratiche di agricoltura biologica. L'obiettivo della ricerca era studiare le caratteristiche del profilo degli intervistati, scoprire il grado di adozione e il livello di conoscenza delle pratiche di agricoltura biologica, accertare la relazione tra le caratteristiche selezionate degli agricoltori biologici formati e non formati e il loro grado di adozione e il livello di conoscenza delle pratiche di agricoltura biologica, determinare l'adeguatezza dei metodi, dei tempi e delle tecniche utilizzati per la formazione, i vincoli affrontati durante l'adozione di queste pratiche e i suggerimenti forniti dagli agricoltori biologici per superare i suddetti vincoli.
