I micronuclei (MN) sono corpi extranucleari di DNA citoplasmatico che sono indotti nelle cellule da numerosi agenti genotossici che danneggiano i cromosomi. Il test MN nelle cellule buccali esfoliate un metodo utile e minimamente invasivo per il monitoraggio del danno genetico. Imicronuclei delle cellule buccali(MNs) sono un biomarcatore putativo per il rischio di cancro orale in quanto le prove suggeriscono che i MNs sono significativamente elevati nelle cellule della mucosa buccale di persone che ospitano lesioni precancerose e nei pazienti affetti da cancro. Serve come strumento per la diagnosi precoce di lesioni cancerose e precancerose. Diverse colorazioni sono state utilizzate per lo stesso, ma solo poca attenzione stata data all'effetto delle diverse procedure di colorazione sul risultato del dosaggio dei MNs. L'efficacia di varie macchie per studiare i MNs ancora in una fase primitiva. Nel presente studio, abbiamo cercato di utilizzare macchie che erano facilmente disponibili in laboratorio, erano veloci ed efficaci e richiedeva un armamentario minimo, riducendo cos il tempo complessivo e fattore di costo della procedura. Quindi, il presente studio stato intrapreso con l'obiettivo di rilevare e valutare i MNs nelle cellule esfoliate orali nei pazienti OPMD.

W obecnym badaniu pr bowaliśmy użyc barwnik w, kt re byly latwo dostępne w laboratorium, byly szybkie i skuteczne oraz wymagaly minimalnego uzbrojenia, redukując w ten spos b og lny czas i czynnik koszt w procedury. Celem pracy bylo wykrycie i ocena MNs w kom rkach zluszczonych z jamy ustnej u pacjent w z OPMD.

Verschiedene F rbungen wurden daf r verwendet, aber nur wenig Aufmerksamkeit wurde der Auswirkung verschiedener F rbeverfahren auf das Ergebnis des MNs-Tests geschenkt. Die Wirksamkeit verschiedener F rbungen zur Untersuchung von MNs befindet sich noch in der primitiven Phase. In der vorliegenden Studie haben wir versucht, F rbungen zu verwenden, die im Labor leicht verf gbar sind, schnell und effektiv sind und ein minimales Armamentarium erfordern, wodurch der gesamte Zeit- und Kostenfaktor des Verfahrens reduziert wird. Daher wurde die vorliegende Studie mit dem Ziel durchgef hrt, MNs in oralen Peeling-Zellen bei OPMD-Patienten zu erkennen und zu bewerten.

Dans la pr sente tude, nous avons essay d'utiliser des colorants facilement disponibles dans le laboratoire, rapides et efficaces et n cessitant un minimum d'armement, r duisant ainsi le temps global et le co t de la proc dure.

No presente estudo, tentamos utilizar corantes que estavam facilmente dispon veis no laborat rio, eram r pidos e eficazes e exigiam armamentaria m nima, reduzindo assim o tempo total e o fator custo do procedimento. Assim, o presente estudo foi realizado com o objetivo de detectar e avaliar MNs em c lulas esfoliadas por via oral em pacientes com OPMD.
