The concept of 'Corporate Governance' has evolved as a result of extensive discussions in this area. Corporate governance is a more muddled and complex subject to articulate. The notion, on the other hand, has a variety of meanings. To different people, the term corporate governance signified different things. Some people thought corporate governance was about leadership; others thought it was about the norm 'forced' by SEBI under the Listing Agreement; and still, others were honest enough to admit that business was all about money, power, and control. However, different definitions have been proposed to characterize the idea of corporate governance, ranging from company organizations to national and international committees. This book is a study of directors' position in a company with reference to corporate governance.

The book brings analyses the comparative study of cybercrimes in different countries, investigation of cybercrimes and evidence required for trial purposes of such offences, and how and in what form the computer-based evidence can be gathered to stand the judicial scrutiny. It also highlights the diversity in judicial response. The study also lists out suggestions to prevent cybercrimes, including possible threats from emerging Generative Artificial Intelligence technology and timely global regulations which may blunt the harmful fangs of cyber-criminals.
